Attorney scam

these calls are very frustrating, as there anyway to report them and make them quit trying to get money out of me?

they can't sue u for anything.....these fools say hardly say ur name.....nothing they can do to u, just keep reporting the #...i did. next time they call tell them u have spoken to ur lawyer and the AG's office of ur state......that will stop the calls..........

Received a call from this number on this date concerning non-payment on a loan that I never took out. The
foreigner, claiming to be an attorney, wanted to know if reason for non-payment was intentional or financial reasons. I told him he had the wrong person and any document he had signed by me was fraudulent.He insisted on arguing, threatening arrest and legal action etc; I insisted he had the wrong person and he continued to argue with me, so I said, "fine!, if you wish to embarrass yourself, I will meet you in court, and he hung up on me. I blocked the number and figured I would add my nickle's worth so these foreigners who can't speak or understand the English language will go back where they  come from and quiet trying to scam people!

Called to tell me I was being sued by a cash advance place and I never got a cash advance from anyone.y

Has anyone ever thought to ask them to put this in writing?  I get calls from this number every single day.  How legitimate of an agency can they be if they don't even bother to send a letter for their claim?  I have reported them to the FTC many times, but all they do is just get another cell phone to call from.  What a world.  I curse the day I ever looked for a loan to refinance my car, because I know this is where they got my personal information from.

They left me a message, I couldn't even understand the message. I called back twice and they haven't returned my call. I guess there running some kind of scam if they are I'm going to notify the Better Buisness Bureau.

for the past several days this person been calling me then Yesterday I got curious answered the call this guy said that he was calling to let me know that I am being sued for something I could not understand a word he had to say I mean I am hearing Impaired nearly deaf so hand my phone to my boyfriend he asked him what the call was about the guy who never told Us what his name was and who he is working for he said that he was an agent for the Federal Government private contract to call people who default on their loans I did not understand what he was saying something about cash USA that is all I could get out of him he hung up after getting huffy with me and my BF, My BF told him to get lost sounds like fraud since I never took a cash advance loan out so I owe no one that I am not sue-able meaning I own nothing worth suing for LOL so after finding that many people have been dealing with seems like the same person What the Heck does he think his is ? This is USA there is no Debt Jail so far never heard from him again guess he got the message !

Best way to deal with these people is to ignore them.  If you don't know the number don't answer.  Don't call them back or acknowledge any voice mails they leave.  I made this mistake and was bombarded by dozens of calls all coming from different numbers leaving messages and such.  The cops couldn't do anything not sure any one can.  I had to get my work and cell numbers changed as someone sold them my info.  Again just ignore them do not respond its a scam and they will harrass you.

This is a total scam. I applied for a payday loan a month or so ago and they have been calling threatening me ever since. The problem is, I WASNT APPROVED.  I never got a dime. I'm self employed, so I never got a loan. So they can try scamming me if they want to, they are wasting their time.

Got a call from these jokers today. I called them right back and they wouldn't speak, just breathing and noise in the background.

I have reported them, I have also called the police. B*****ds do not want to call back here again, I have a referee whistle to blow into the phone.

I received a call from a man with a deep Indian accent and I informed him that this was a scam then I decided to keep calling back over and over and over until he told me not to call again.  everytime I think about it I call them. It is a scam and I am going to make a police report against them.

Just got a call from this number. There was a horrible connection like it was routed from overseas. The connection was lost before anyone could speak to me. My caller ID said North Carolina.  The scammers tend to call from other countries and set up a landline in a coastal state that is totally fraudulent.  Apparently they don't know the rights of consumers in the US bc they cannot threaten you in any way if they're legit debt collectors.

I got a call from 910-378-1719.  They told me I had taken out a payday loan in November then when I called back they told me December.  I got very ugly to them when they started yelling at me.  All I can say is they have messed with the wrong Texas girl.  If they call back they better be prepaired because I'm about to hunt them down like the wild pigs they are!!!!!

These callers are crooks as well as idiots, and should be arrested!  They are liars and scammers, and aren't even good at that!  Tell them nothing--hang up and report to the attorney general and the FCC.  If they leave a vicious message, keep the message in case it goes to court.  Document times and dates of calls and the contents...these a**holes need to be thrown into a pit!

Just called the man and he got all frustrated and mad cause I told him it was scam . He had a indian accent I kept questioning him til he eventually hung up . He said he has no job so he has to scam people ... Pfff what a shame before hanging up he called me a female dog .

OMG.... I just called this number back to tell them to stop calling me and the guy screams "F*** you" and hung up.  Unreal

I got a call from them and they left a message on my voicemail saying that if I did not call them back I would be arrested for prostitution! Then I called to ask what this nonsense was about and they said that I had taken out a payday loan with them and the man that I spoke with (Indian accent) said that my voice sounded beautiful but I sounded angry.  I told him that I was angry because he was accusing me of something that I had not done!  He then asked if I had a FaceBook account and that he needed my info! What kind of collection agency asks for this type of information.  I hung up in his face and told him that this was a joke and I knew they were calling from another country.  I'm a bit un-nerved about this!!

Damn c**** jockey's be warned I will f****ng hunt you down. There is no such deal with these f**** beware of their b***s***.

Thanks to all of you that posted on here, about this number. I was worried that maybe someone got a loan in my name, since I didn't take any loans. I called the number back and asked what this was about, and said I don't have any loans. They didn't even have my correct address. I moved from the one they had, almost 3 years ago!

Just received a call from this number. Man who spoke very, very, poor English stated I had received a check from their payday loan company and I had agreed to make the first payment today. Said because the call was being recorded he could not give me any of my personal or banking information, but yet he wanted me to verify who I banked with. I gave him the name of a bank that I do not use. He then told me to get my bank card in my hand and give him my 16 digit card number. He ask if I was ready, I told him yes, the number was F__k you, then I hung the phone up. I have blocked the number from my phone. Do not give any information to these people, it is a SCAM............

from 910 378 1710   caller asked when i could pay a loan back...he gave me dates for the second week of january...to give me time to get the money together.  i asked him his firm name, his name and what type of loan i had, he told me that it was none of my business and to tell me a date for payment.  i told him i didn't have a loan and that i taped all of my cell phone conversations.  he said "you b*****d" and then hung up

If these scammers of India or Pakistani descent call you back, simply say "Look Towelhead, there are no debtors prisons in the United States and hang up"!

i just received a call from 9103781710..saying that he was calling from cashnet usa and their was a payment coming out of my account for 190...I told him that I did not have a loan out thru them infact I was denied a loan from the them...he called my work line so I called this number back and someone answered saying how can I hel[ you....I asked who he was and where he was calling from he then said cashnetusa I told him that this was a business and to stop calling and said ok mam I am sorry...

I just got a call from this number as well - what a scam. 910 area code means the call is definately originating from Southeastern North Carolina, but Indian/Pakistan accents that can't carry on a conversation. For real debt collectors would have their ducks in a row. If these Scamming Towelheads even had a clue, they would know that while you can be civilly sued by a lender for failure to repay a debt on a loan, you can not be arrested and criminally charged. There are no debtors prisons in the United States.

these people called me saying they had received a lawsuit against me for a pay day loan..never used one of these services...indian/pakistani accent...scam...

The guy with Indian accent called to speak to me. I asked where did he get my number? He just hanged up. I called back and he tried to prove that he never called me.

this is a scam... they say they are a pay day loan place and that they put money into my bank account. i never got a loan threw a company like this before. i guess they think people are to stupid to know when money goes into their acounts. if they can put money in, they can take money out, i would never do a pay day loan  anyway cause i am not paying 100 or200 to get money from my own paycheck.

Yeah got a call from this number as well know they where a scam so i had some fun with them... started calling them back for almost an hour... finially they just my calls to a voice mail.. guess they got tired of my talking dirty to them... They are a collection agency so people be aware and DONT give out any of your information... Google the numbers... Good luck and Merry Christmas..
