same people that are calling from 0000 are now calling me on my cellphone from 910-663-8332.  Claiming to be some kind of officer and that there is a lawsuit against me!  How to stop these people??

Caled me at work Friday - 9 times!   Even called me B---- when someone else answered the phone and said I was unavailable.  My supervisor told them 3 times not to call our number again.  This is about the 4th different person and number that has called me over the last few months using the same tactics!

dealt with these people for over a year. even though i'm not even the one their looking for i asked for their manager today but i could swear that it was just the same guy. i've told them they had the wrong number and not to call me and today i threatened to sue them for harassment in wich case the guy became apologetic let's see if i get another 3 call this month

Received a call this morning. This guy cursed at me when I refused to confirm or deny my last four of my social. I told him to stop calling me and i mentioned homeland security.. he cursed again and hung up. Such jerks, you'd think they would come up with a better way to scam people.

it is a scam I receive a call from this number first did a reverse phone # search and it matched the caller id saying it was fron NC , I blocked the number so they could not call back, then a day later a call from another number, another person  with an accent called from a NY # both came up in the reverse search as Sprint cell phone numbers. so be on the lookout for this number from NY 914-373-7034 Ossining, NY
it's probally from the same people scamming people. any people you suspect is a fraud should keep a log of the date, time, city and state that shows up on your caller ID if available,  and phone number each time they call and keep every voice messages they leave on your answering machine , then report them to your local law enforcement agency , and your telephone company.

I got this call on my cellphone, I never answer if it's a number I don't recognize.  They left a message, someone with a very thick accent, I'm not sure, but I did hear asking for last for digits of my SSN, so I'm sure it's a scam.

Yep, they just got me too, they said there's been a lawsuit complaint against me for a pay day loan I didn't even open but said oh its linked to maybe another one you've probably obtained, called himself a loan officer, Robert Miller with an indian accent....I went thru my speech about verification of the loan, then he asked if I had a fax available I told him no something should be sent via certified mail in writing to me so I can have my attorney verify the loan and also verification from him....he turns around and says oh well then the cops will be there shortly to pick you up since you don't want to pay and hung up... the scary thing is I changed my cell number because of these types of calls, now this one came to my job, so I have to try and figure a way to report them.  Unbelievable!

I got the same call threatening me with a lawsuit and even read my personal information to me. When I called the number back they just answered ''hello how can i help you". If you can find out who these people are, I would like to report them. They have a heavy foreign accent, possibly Indian and very difficult to understand.

I just received a call too saying they had all my info and that if i didnt call back within 48 hours there would be consequences Do you report this?

i got a call from this number as well. they said there was a suit against me for a loan or fraud or something like that. i never had a loan a day in my life. the guy had a very thick accent. he was tryin to get me to settle a debt for 298 dollars. but he could not tell me the debt amount or supply documents. and when i let my local police department call them back it rang 2x and they sent it to voicemail. its a big fraud from someone wanting money.

I was asleep in bed on Feb. 10, 2011, and a call came in at 6:54 am -- waking me up. There were actually 2 calls from the same phone number, one right after the other. I didn't answer. Later, I checked the messages and there was a brief message left on my voice messaging, but it was only background noise. The person calling didn't say anything. The Caller ID said only "N CAROLINA" at phone number "910-663-8332". Using a reverse phone number search on whitepages.com, it said it was a cell phone number from Burgaw, NC.
