calling for family member who lives over 100 miles away and to whom I assume NO financial responsibility for.  Hanging up on me 3 times when I askes that he (Jake) take my number out of his system.  I used no profanity and i was at no time loud with him.

To the poster before this: Similar for me as well. I gave the guy right down to where I work and such. I really want to pay off what I owe, but can't do it in a whooping god awful amout. I also been making payments (to a bank) and this wasn't "alright" with him either.

He threatened to get a hold of my paycheck. Good luck, since I don't have direct deposit and I get a paper check. . . which he knows thanks to my big mouth. He had the nerve to "demand" me to get direct depoist so they can take the money out. Yeah, right! I owe a bank that stupid retard! How will I get an account?? Even if I could, I wouldn't tell that rude prick anything.

To the collection guy at CMS: If you are polite and civil, chances are you probably could get the info from me. If you order me you won't get jack s***! (sorry about the language to the readers of this post, but no apologies to CMS)

My work had also made steps to file harassment charges against CMS of Mission, KS, they are a health service provider and I don't even work out of the office. . . I work in the field.

Apparently it's a collection agency called CMS, they are located (according to the d****ead that "was rude with me)) 5799 Broadmoor, Suite 312, Mission, KS 66202.

The collection guy somehow got ahold of my cell phone number and has been calling me daily, sometimes 2 to 3 times a day.

I've been making payments to the place I owe and it pisses him off because I can't make the entire payment to "him" in a lump some.

I told him I will continue to pay the company I owe and if he doesn't like it, he can sue me.

I got another call today and let it go to voice mail, which is what I will do for now on until I can get a different number, it was him saying the information I gave him wasn't true and I BETTER give him a call back.

I was very truthful with him. Right down to realitive name and number, I know this because she called me upset that I gave out her name. My fault.

But they are not going to get ANYTHING from me from this point on!
