I get a call everyday, if I don't answer and try to return call immediately no one answers.  

They call and hang up as soon as I answer the phone.  They call every single day.  So annoying!

The Kansas State Troopers Association runs two different fundraising campaigns during the year.  One is for the association, and one is for the charitable Foundation of the association. These calls are for the association which is similar to a labor union.
- In February 1982 the KSTA circulated petitions calling for a statewide election to determine if troopers would choose the association to be their authorized representative in matters of salaries, working conditions and benefits.
- In June of 1982 the vote was in favor of the KSTA being the troopers authorized representative.
- The Kansas State Troopers Association has contracted with DayCom Inc., a professional promotions & marketing company to promote our "Official Honorary Membership" campaign to benefit our members.

This number called around noon. Hung up when I said "hello."

These people call us daily.  They usually only let it ring twice and hang up.  Never leave msg.  If I answer they ask for my husband, but won't leave msg for him.  I asked the man today to please take us off their list.  He got mad and asked if I even knew why they were calling.  I kept asking him to take us off the list and he just got madder and madder and finally he hung up on me.
