got a call from 913-815-2086. answered it but nobody says anything. no background noise. nothing. anyone got any ideas who this is. White pages says it is a AT&T cellphone from Olathe Ks. won't give me a name though.

I keep receiving a computer generated call from 913-815-2086. The call today was about Propecia (not sure of the spelling). I can not get the calls to stop.

I called the number and was told my name would be entered into a $100 giveaway. Then was asked to enter my phone # if I wanted to unsubscribe and I did. Was told it may take up to 8 days to become effective. Caller is WCA something or other. Lets see if this works.

called and never left a message, called back and recieved recording that it was some company called WCA Subscriber Services. I was able to be taken of thier call list when I called the number back:)

Received a call from this for undeniable Health Care insurance to my cell phone. I thought soliciting a cell was illegal if on DNC?

Some people have said that it doesn't work to opt out at the website. I did it, but I can't remember how long ago. I haven't had a call that I could identify as being them in 8 months so maybe it was opting out or maybe it's the fact that I have never once answered one.

This is a marketing number and each call can be for a different marketing sales..go ahead and call the number back and then enter 3..then it will ask you to enter your number again and it will delete you from the auto call system

913 815 2086 just called me, no message. Tried to look it up online but can't find anything. Says located land line ATT in Olathe. Thanks to previous comments, I am NOT returning the call. If they want to give me $$ they can just mail it to me.

Got a call from 913.815.2086 at 17:13 hundred hours on 9/13/2012. No message left.
I call 913.815.2086 back. It was an internet survey offering free prizes for participating.

This number never leaves a message. I called them back and it says WCA Subscriber Services and the recording went into a sales pitch for healthcare insurance. I added the number to my contacts list on my phone and then was able to block the number.

people who are working for these debt collection agencies need real jobs - the attitudes are ruthless and they know nothing of circumstances of individuals. For the majority of people, IF there are not extreme circumstances causing delinquency in their debts, and there is money available to them, they will pay - so those who are not paying - most are ABLE to pay regardless of the nasty threats. These individuals probably have delinquent debts themselves but their egos are bolstered by their seemingly in charge of YOU or ELSE position. Really, they are the ones in need of help!
