Hey moron collector

I would like to see your credit report before you open your stupid mouth. Also I would like to see where you live, what don't you post your name, then I can tell everybody where you live and all your history, see if you have any balls, but you are probably a cowards that hides behind a telephone, thinking that makes you a big man. IN any case we will find you soon and see how much of a man you are when not behind the phone

The only thing people should remit to you and all your colleagues is our foot in your a**.

I don't owe anything to any of you scan bags, but I am a rich man against low class cheap, taking advantage of people when they are down. Now who is the scum bag?

I have sued 3 collections agencies and won 3 times, so let's dance if you have the balls, which I believe you are castrated.

This has everything to do of been a person. Regardless of your idiotic comments.

Don't let this scum tell you otherwise.

IF they know where you live, and they call you all the time. You have various options.

1: You can send them a stop and desist letter, this will stop the calls (send the letter certified, that way they need to sign and you will have a copy)  if they do not stop the calls, report them to your local district attorney. This is a federal law and is not going around it.

Remember majority of this unpaid loans are insured and the original creditor takes it out of their books as a loss.

2: They have the burden of proof, they must bring all documents that you signed to court, if they do not and you show and fight back, you have a huge chance to win, then you can file for fraud and intent of commit fraud, if they are not in your state and they try to sue then that becomes a federal crime as interstate fraud is a federal crime.
They must serve you if they want to sue, they by law need to sue you directly, many of this scan bags, will leave the documents anywhere with no proof and the court takes that as a delivery, so the next step for all of you is to pressure the government to change the law and have then delivery the documents where the party been served signs the documents like any other country.
If you are served, go to court and be prepared, I do recommend you at that time to bring an attorney, get an experience attorney, majority of the cases will be thrown out of court.

3: Some states will authorize the collections attorney to put and add on the paper to server you; this must be authorized by the court, example California. This is rare and not often used.

The problem you now face is that this scum bags will sell the paper to one to another even if you have paid and will need to defend yourself, time and time again, so you must bring the documents of your previous court case to prove this fact.
Many of this scum bags as well try to collect multiple time on the same loan even if it has been paid, so not do that, if not you will be stuck the rest of your life.

4: I recommend you to find out the status of limitation of your state, as this people can only sue in a specific period of time, from the date you made your last payment, not after that. Keep all records. Each state is different.

5: record all calls that you receive, try to add a answering machine in which you can add tapes, the courts do not accept digital recordings.
Also if you speak to them, record every single conversation, you can buy the little gadget at Radio shack for a few dollars, many of this people have lost as well their cases on court for abusive behavior and threats, which is against the law, then you can sue them as well.

6: No they cannot take you to jail, no they cannot go after your family that is law 101, also they legally cannot call your workplace, they may want to server you there to embarrass you.  Now you have another option, you can sue them at that time, for emotional distress, been fired from your work ETC. Talk to an attorney on your city about this.

My last recommendation is learn more before you let them intimidate you. When you do research be aware that majority of comments that are pseudo positive about this, they have been written by the scam bugs their self's. Go online, go to the library, talk to an attorney more if you have a friend that is in law, and ask them about your option, they also have some cheap, legal help offices that can guide you.

But last, do not let them intimidated you that is what they want, if you want to negotiate do not do so, request them to send you all documents and they must have the ones with your original signature, if they do not, they already lost.

Remember always record any and all conversation, that is a legal proof, any small recorder will do (Use tape not digital), go to radio shack and buy the small gadget to connect to your phone and to the small recorder (buy one that is voice activated), never let them abuse you over the phone or make treats, record them and go to your local district attorney.

Learn to fight back and protect yourself, if you have paid already and they contact you again to pay, go to your district attorney and file and accuse them of fraud.

I hope this helps all of you, we will be posting address and phone numbers of all the companies' employees, lets harass them as well.
do like them,  block your number and lets all call them to their offices all day long, that way they cannot work, if hundreds of us do the same day in day out, then let's see how long they stay in  business, is fair right? I also received these mysterious calls with no information as to who they were or why they were calling.  My first call was from a Steve Collins.  The next day I received a more "threatheing" call from a supervisor who says he is a Financial Investigator and works for CACSI.  He tells me to call the person who called yesterday(Steve Collins) -only the supervisor gets his name wrong and calls him Steven Takari, but same phone number is used.
You wouldn't believe - it is outlandish what I supposedly first leased and then they said bought. I got a loan from a institution that isn't in my town or State and neither is the business I supposedly own.  What I "bought" has nothing to do with me, my life or what I do for a living.  It's laughable - a dump truck - really?  You're right - fast talkers, rude, they want social security numbers verified.
I called my lawyer to deal with them.  Steve (whoever he is) was rude to her.  He would provide no documentation for this bogus loan or bogus company.  Infact he would provide nothing - he wanted us to give away info you are not suppose to give over the phone.  She asked for a supervisor and was told there was one, but Steve hung up on her.  I've called the police, my banks and my lawyer.
In the end "Steve" said that he would mark this case down as a wrong number (this was before he hung up on my lawyer).  The lawyer still requested documentation and he flat out refused!
I will continue to report this to anyone and everyone I can think of.  This is stupid and they must be stopped.  P.S. We recently used Paypal for a small purchase - so there is a common thread here.

These jack a**es called me today, too. Guardian Financial doing collections. Their numbers were 913-888-8320 and 913-888-8304. The caller said that his name was Tom Hubbard but gave no company name. When I pressed him for a company name, he admitted that he was not an employee of the creditor but that he was with CACSI. He did not mention Guardian Financial, but that is the name showing up on the caller i.d.

Your response was very valid and very professional until you completely ruined it with the Robbed the client comment. Keep it professional and so will the people you talk too. You have an attitude thinking the debtor intentionally stole before you even talk to them. That is what makes you a crappy collector.

Ohhhh, so you're a collector!  Wow, nice job.  Bet you feel great about yourself.  Well, let me first off say I've never been in this situation, and the only reason I'm on this board is because one of you DICKS have started calling my number from this number, asking for a Jessica somebody. There's no one here by that name, and guess what, I DO have the right to sue you for harrassment.  I looked it up on the computer and asked my lawyer also just for the heck of it.

You people never follow the rules.  You call MY f***ing number and ask for the person, I ask who you are, and you don't tell me!  WHO THE F*** DO YOU THINK YOU ARE??!!!  YOU CALLED MY PHONE!!

My best friend was harrassed for almost a YEAR, and her wages were garnished.  She barely speaks English and came to this country to make a better life for herself.  She took out two credit cards in the small amount of $2000 and $3000 to pay for her child's diabetic supplies until she was able to get a job with good insurance.  One time of not being able to pay, and soon she couldn't pay all the extra interest and fees until she finally stopped paying because she wasn't getting anywhere.  Now they have wracked it up to $15,000 and garnished $400 per month from her piddly paycheck.  WELL, GUESS WHAT?  SHE FILED BANKRUPTCY ON YOU PEOPLE AND THE AGENCY IS IN SEVERE TROUBLE FOR HARRASSING HER AND THEY HAVE TO PAY HER BACK EVERY BIT OF THE MONEY THEY GARNISHED. YOU KNOW WHAT I SAY?  HA F***ING HA HA!!!  You don't f*** with people's lives!  It will be us having the last laugh.

And good for you for sticking up for cops.  You guys are in the same "scum of the earth" category.  I don't deal with cops, either.

Oh, and I'm not Mr. Big Rich Business man.  I'm just a grad student, so I don't have a 401K and probably never will, so I don't really give a s**t about that, or who the "debtors" are takng from in the event they don't pay their debt.

See, America is a communist country.  I was born here and lived here all my life (unfortunately).  When I'm done using this country for my education, I'm moving out of the country (NOYB where), and I'll be leaving over $100,000 in student loan debt and a few miscellaneous bu***hit bills behind me.  Have a great time "collecting"!!!

See, I admire people who scam others, especially if it's a young person.  Young people are the most s**t on generation.  Everybody else gets out of their debt, but we will NEVER (haha, I mean we're SUPPOSED to not be able to) be able to alleviate our debt.  So guess what, buddy?  Now it's on your back.  Student loan default is ASTRONOMICAL.  Wonder why?  Do you REALLY think anyone's gonna pay their debt with a**holes like you calling all the time?

It's been said, and I'm spent.  Have a nice life.  If I were you, though, I'd watch my preaching.  Nice touch adding the address to remit payment.  Hurry -- go run to the mailbox to see how much money you're gonna get (not).

My parents (who I haven't lived with for 25 years) got a letter saying I owed money for a credit card machine lease.  It had my full married name with middle initial.  Later that week, they called them looking for me.  A week later, I got a similar letter.  I called, believing it was legit.  It wasn't until after the call I realized that it was probably a phishing scheme.  At that point they had my address and now phone number.  During the phone call I told them my middle name since it didn't match the one she mentioned as the debtor and I asked if she could tell me the last four digits of the SS# to ensure someone wasn't using mine and told her "that's not me, mine begins with an 8".  AFter establishing they had the wrong person, I asked that they also remove my parents so they wouldn't be hassled further and so then they confirmed my maiden name.  I feel foolish now for having got caught in what I believe is a scam to get personal info.  I'm aware now.  It's worrying me sick to imagine what they could do with the info.

this company is a rip off with bogus charges created by pay-pal and e-bay they call you time and again and again than if you call them they are very defensive if i was running a true collection agency i would have no problem talking to you telling you my companys name and presenting proof of what you owe but does casi do this no and why because they are bogus rip-off liars let them take you to small claims because i guarentee you they never will one thing you need to win in any court of America is proof that you deserve payment proof this sorry excuse for a company doesnt seem to have dont let e-bay and pay -pal take advantage of you thats why anyone still using pay-pal should close thier accounts

I would suggest you consult an attorney about suing them for harrassment.  Those kinds of tactics are against all collection laws.  They have to state that they are trying to collect a debt and they can not threaten you.  Also they can not speak to anyone else about your debts.

These people called my cell phone with an automated message over 100 times.  I called them to tell them that they had the wrong person and the guy yelled at me. He told me to take some "personal responsibility" and that I should call them back right away to let them know that they had the wrong number. I told him that it wasn't my responsibility for their error in calling me.  What a jerk he was!  All I've got to say is that they better not call me again.

Hello everyone, let me clear the air. No, this is not a scam. The message about collection agencies being the scum of the earth was quite amusing, but I believe theives are the scum of the earth. If people would just pay their bills, not lie to their services/goods providers, or run away from their responsibilites, then guess what?? There wouldn't be any collection agencies! Cool, huh? Also, as you complain about someone calling you because you may owe hundreds or thousands of dollars to a company for at least 3 months to several years, ponder this fact--last year Collection Agencies put an average of $400 in every person's 401K plans. How did this happen? Most people have jobs. The company you work for could be falling into bankruptcy because many people owe that company money. Hopefully they retrieve some of those funds and that company will stay in business in addition to you keeping your job. Cops get a bad rep because they catch people doing things they shouldn't be doing in the first place. If there weren't criminals, there wouldn't be cops. If there weren't deadbeat debtors, there wouldn't be collection agencies!

If you want some advice for when collection agencies call you (such as this one) you'll want to:
1) realize this is purely business. This has nothing to do with you as a person, just try to detach yourself as much as possible and realize the person on the other line doesn't care if your husband is in the hospital or all your personal drama, they are calling for you to pay a bill and that's all. The second you make the call personal, the longer the entire process will call then you may not resolve your debt out of spite when in reality, it will just hurt you and your credit in the long run.
2) If you truly do not believe the debt is yours ask for a) a Verification of Debt or b) mail in a Dispute.
3) We don't get these numbers from solicitors or whatever else everyone seems to think. All numbers we get come directly from you (or someone pretending to be you).
4) Calling debtors with the numbers and information they have provided is NOT harrassment and if you think about pressing charges, don't forget about that time you may have blown up and started mouthing off to the collector on a recorded call (aka actual documented harrassment, we have called the cops before on psychotic debtors)
5) Be careful about being sued. Many clients will give prior authorization to sue debtors, many debtors are currently in court, many more debtors are waiting to be sued. A contract is a contract, even if it is online. Breach of that contract brings in LOTS of money

Here is another suggestion: instead of never answering your phone that constantly rings then finally answering and exploding saying this number has been calling your home for the past several months and it's harrassment and you want it to stop, why don't you try thinking that this is NOW the first time you called me. Obviously it's not harrassment if we don't even know who you are.

Mr. Psychologist - you could "tell someone was lying?" A collector has only 8 hours to work for their clients. Why would they want to play stupid mind games wasting their time? I extremely doubt they hung up on you, but I wouldn't blame them. Pay your bill or we'll see you in court--it's that easy.

Hope this has helped some of you.

You can remit all payments to:
CACSI
16011 College Blvd Ste 101
Lenexa, KS 66219

CACSI stands for Collect America Commercial Services, Inc which is why the receptionist answers as "Commercial Services" and their company used to be named Guardian Financial but that is also the name of an Insurance Company so they changed their name. These people are easy to talk to if you treat them like decent human beings. Good luck to you all--collections suck. Pay your bill and get out of it immediately.

913-888-8320. They called me and used strong arm tactics. They didnt know I'm a psychologist. I was able to determine the person on the line was telling a lie and when I pressed further they started shouting and then hung up.
I received mail from them which had a false bill. This company takes information from credit bureaus and tries to scam money from trusting individuals. Do Not do anything they ask for! BEWARE!

This butthead called me first from a blocked phone number and stated i had a debt from PayPal and wanted to know if i was going to pay it. I said i don't owe any debt to PayPal and asked for proof, he got mad and said he didn't have any and it didn't matter anyhow, Paypal said I owe it. I got upset and yelled back telling this a**hole not to call me again and hung up.

He called right back but this time he forgot to block his phone number, the stupid a**!! So he started yelling at me saying he will keep calling until i pay the bill and i said "you son****ch do not fu***g call here again or I will call the sheriffs dept and they will fu***g stop you !!!" and hung up and that was it, he quit for the time being.

His phone # comes back to Beatriz Rodriquez, 10503 Mastin St A,Overland Park, Kansas, 66212 when I check on internet but caller ID says Guardian Fin.
Next time he calls I am pressing the record button and telling him the conversation is being recorded and I will state date & time and then ask for his full name and company name and phone number. I expect at this point he will have already hung up on me. If not i will tell him no debt is owed and do not call me again.
This will be used as evidence in case he does continue calling in a small claims suit.
