I've been getting these call for several years.
This what I've found to be pretty effective.
I made a list of spam callers phone numbers and when one of them call, I answer with
AN INDIAN ACCENT AND SAY HELLO, HELLO, HELLO, AND I DO NOT IN GAGE IN CONVERSATION WITH THEM. This drives them crazy and they hang up.
Mission accomplished! Then they put me on their DO NOT CALL LIST. !!!! I win.  

Now, those call have dropped off a lot.
It works for me, Try it You'll like the results.

This number is a scam...Asked for 4.95 for shipping my 100$ gift card which i know doesnt exist!!

Have been getting phone calls from an anonymous "private" number for the past four days, sometimes 2 or 3 calls per day. Got another call today from this number, 914-339-5641. Also one last night from 405-788-6739, called me by name, and stated that I'd won some sort of sweepstakes. I said "no thank you" and hung up before it went any further. The whole reason I no longer use my landline is because of telemarketers and calls like these, now I have to put up with them on my cell? WTH!

Do not call again.  Thank you.

i think its funny that if you call them you can be put on the DNC list...who knew!?

They call me all day every day for a week now.I dont answer any calls not programmed in my phone.Just wish they would stop.

THIS IS THE THIRD TIME - WHO IS THIS

Received a call from this number today at around 9 am.  They asked for me, and I said, "Yes, what do you want?" and they hung up.  I put this number into Yahoo and this site came up so I looked at the other comments.  After dialing the number back, I got a message stating that you could put your name on a "do not call" list within 24 hours by pressing "1".  We'll see if it works.

I keep getting phone calls from this number allll day long! Its getting to the point where I am now getting so frustrated that I want to try that whistle idea then if they call again I'm going to tell them if they dont stop calling me then I am going to report them to the police. This is so irritating because I have other people that need to get in touch with me for emergencies and they cant if these a***oles keep calling. STOP CALLING YOU DUMB A***OLES!!!!!!! Please and Thank you.

Yeah some Indian/Middle Eastern guy called me from this number saying that I won a free gift card to Walmart or Target. I asked how did I win this, he just avoided the question. The background noise was very loud... He was either in an office or in the middle of a mall or something. When they asked for the credit card I just hung up.

This person keeps on calling and not saying anything i told the person i will report them

The caller asked for me by name, when told I was on another line, they RUDELY hung up w/o another word!  They wouldn't I.D. themselves

The caller asked for 'Rose" (last name).  The last time I got a long distance call asking for "Rose", my credit card was used for purchasing Black Literature, Romance Novels to put it mildly.  And I gave them no information.  I do not know how they found my Credit Card Number.  The company was Black Essence.  The only time I have ever used the name "Rose"  was when I attended Tennessee State University.  The only reason I used it then as it was the first name on my birth certificate.  I have never gone by "Rose" anywhere else.  I think TSU should be investigated in this matter.  I will report this to my police department and tv station.  I attended college in 1990 to 1994.  They stated that I was receiving a reward because of an on-line survey I had answered.  I have NEVER answered an on-line survey.

These people called me also, "do answer" then hang up. I was able to *57 on my home phone service you have to do this after you answer and then hang up, you are charged a fee, after the 3rd call you are given instructions and an 800# to call. The phone company will handle it after that.

I also filled out a coupon on a free site and have been getting numerous calls from this number and others. I have caller ID and don't answer, but it is still annoying.

They have to be getting from some where else then too, bc I haven't used that site to post for work

This asian lady called saying I won $100 for Walmart or Target. They've called me like 6 times today

They called me twice today the last call was at 10.38pm tonight, talking  about I won a Walmart gift card BS! BS! The caller ID say REUNI what is this.

They also offered me a Target or Walmart giftcard...wanted my credit card information. Do not give them your info! Annoying!

Call the bank and cancel the card and they will issue a new one ..

They have been calling me several times in a day.  Scammers

This number has called my cell phone 3 or 4 times per day every day for 3 weeks. Caller ID shows REUNI as the owner of the number. I've never answered the calls and they have never left a message.

I have been receiving calls from this number since AT LEAST 8/21/2011,  Numerous calls on a daily basis.  This morning I finally picked up the phone and said "stop calling this number".  I see that some of you are able to block calls; how does that happen???

They called me at 6am on a saturday morning!!

Haha! I just spent an hour and a half doing my darndest to confuse the hell out of them. She was getting so frustrated! When she asked me to pay for shipping I told her that a gift card will fit in a regular envelope and doesn't need $5 shipping. She asked me how I'd like to pay for that and I told her to put a return address on the letter and I'd mail them back a stamp. As she hung up I swear I heard her cursing in another language! LMAO!

Ok, they are pissing me off .... keep getting the calls and they ask for the wife. She's working, so I ask to leave a msg for her and they refuse. Next call from them, I'm telling them she don't live here anymore and has moved to Mexico !

They are calling my company looking for a particular person i stick them on hold and they hang up will be hanging up from now on as soon as i see their #.

the other day somone call me from this number asked for my acct.# to my visa $4. for sipp&hand. fees for a $100.00 walmart gift card. i gave my info to them.i called to check my bank i found out i dont have any money in my acct. so i tryed to call them back to cancel and i just cant get a hold of anybody. now iam left in fear for my acct. please help me! i want to just cancel it all with them.
