So I have been getting calls from the exact person from new York! He called saying he we from some medical place, what got me listening is that he asked for my mom! He said I need to talk to her please. I told him he had the wrong number and he insisted that he didn't. When I started getting mad he said "she is my girlfriend" I said what? He then said my mom's name again and said she is my girlfriend and I love her. How did her know her name?!  I'm hoping it was a lucky guess. That's when I got freaked out and hung up. I called back and it just said the magic number is not available. He again called this morning saying he could get me compensation for taking birth control. At that point I said "you have called me before stop calling!" He swore he didn't but I hung up. My husband was so mad he called back and every time the man would answer and would hear my husband's voice after his intro, he hung up. I called then he stayed on the line. I asked for a manager and he said he was the manager so I then told him if he called again I would contact authorities saying he harrases me over the phone. There was complete silence after that. Let's see if he calls again.

I get calls 4-5 times a day and the guy with a foreign accent claiming to b Jack Smith keeps asking bout my medical history.  I've asked them repeatedly to stop calling me.

First time a call of this type came up from a known number (sometimes they say "Unknown"), from India, knew my name, but also said they were from a medial services company.  First question was whether I use birth control so immediately hung up.  Some sort of scam I'm sure.

Got the same guy. I asked him if he was in New York and he said yes. I told him I wasn't in the state of New York nor am I a resident of New York. Claims he worked for the State Health Department. I asked him if he knew where I lived and he gave me the city. I told him he had 3 seconds to give me the state that I live in and he couldn't find that information fast enough for me so I hung up on the scammer. Tried to call the number back and got a message saying "the magic jack customer cannot take calls at the moment and cannot receive voicemail messages"

They called claiming they had medical information about me and that I had a bladder sling surgery (which I did not). I didn't let him get much further and told him to take me off whatever list I was on.

This phone number has come up on my land line several times. Sometimes they say there an attorney collecting money on a bill I owe and another time they trying to get me a settlement for birth control pills. I just informed them and left message on there phone that I have reported them to FCC and the federal government will be on there scam and fraud activity. I get tired of people calling me from all over the USA saying there a lawyer or they looking for a girl named Kelly and I was going to change my phone number but found when you change your phone number now days you get someone else number and there is no more new numbers available any more. The call came from Mamaroneck, NY. They hung up quickly.

I just filed a complaint with the FCC. Hopefully something can be done about this bunch of nitwits. If you ladies get a repeat call, I hope you will do the same. It only took about 15 minutes!

OK This is the last straw with this number. Since I posted my first comment here I have received at least four more calls. The latest one was yesterday. I had programmed the number into my phone and thought I had it going direct to voicemail but apparently did not do that. The prior time they had called I had told him again to take my number off the list, to never call me again, that I had told them this the last time they called and that now I was reporting them to the FCC. So yesterday I answer and before he starts with his spiel I begin by saying, "Listen to me, I know why you're calling, I've repeatedly told you not to call this number and I am reporting you to the FCC." Does this phase him? No! He answers by just talking over me, saying, "Why am I calling? You have taken birth control..." I then said very angrily, "Stop talking! Are you listening? I am reporting you to the FCC!" He then says, twice, and I can't even believe I heard it, but I did, "I want to f--- you now!" Well that made me stop in my tracks. I was in the grocery store and I said to him, "What did you just say to me? I am in a store, standing next to a police officer and have you on speaker phone, repeat what you just said." He of course muttered, "What? I didn't say anything." And starts his damn story again! I seriously think he was on drugs, the way he was talking. At any rate, these calls must be stopped. It is out of control. I said again I was going to report them and to never call this number take it off the list and hung up. Then I made sure to put in the phone to go to voice mail in future. Now I am going to contact the FCC and I think anyone else on here should ad well! Have a Merry Christmas!

What to give me medical compensation for taking medications. Ask too many personal questions, ie how old am I and am I married. And at one point told one of the male marketer said he liked sex with older women.  That is when I hung-up.  Now when they call I ask for a supervisor and they hang up.  I have asked repeatedly to be removed from their system as I am on The National Do Not Call Registry. I even with my cell number listed.  This does not stop them.  How can I stop receive their calls?

They keep calling asking for "Leah."
OVER AND OVER asking for Leah. From all over the place, worst accents ever.
I answered their questions once, and they still keep calling.
Last time I asked on answering "Hello, Who is this?"
Drunk kid said "Your Father!" then hung up.
They will NEVER drop my number from the call routing....

These people keep calling me asking about medications and medical compensation then all of a sudden ask me for my email and address. The guy asked if I wanted to have sex with him. This is very disturbing and strange. Do not fall for any it.

Bradley, I can fully understand and appreciate your being upset. However, 800notes is not affiliated with the company that is calling you and can do nothing to stop the calls. Because you have already told them to stop calling you, you can file a report with the FTC at http://www.ftc.gov. If you are on the DNC list, you can also file a report with them at http://www.donotcall.gov.

Listen you stupid ignorant scum if you call my house again it's on "Mother F****r"!!This is your last warning! Sorry about the cursing just using the words spoken to me after repeatley telling this c**** jockey not to call my house and that we will never do business with him! I have contacted a lawyer and your local district attorney in mount Vernon New York! I guarantee you I will follow up on making you pay for calling my house! So call again next time legal action is coming I'm done asking nicely to be taken off your list !

I received the same. Told me that my mum might have cancer. This is just unacceptable.

I have been receiving these calls and I have a straighttalk phone that only a few select people have and I don't sign up for random things on the internet, I read the other day that sometimes they will just call random numbers to see which ones are active and if some one picks up they kinda harass you (like calling all the time). I told the guy, when he told me that I had side effects from birth control, that I have never taken any and that his call is from new York and I am from texas so I don't see how he could have gotten my records for the state board...he tried to say something about they go thru records from all over the country blah blah blah , I told him no on all the things he said I had, had like a hip replacement! Im 23!! My hips work fine lol So he told me to have a good day and hung up but they have called before and when I told them the same thing, and asked them to take me off their list they got testy with me and started shouting! some times I think when you sign up with straightalk your number gets given out....I've never had this happen with a phone plan...

I got a call from this guy with an indian accent saying he was from "medical benefits claims" and that I had money pending that he needed to release.  He asked a lot of personal medical questions. He seemed to be fishing about birth control adverse event.  I told him "No" to every question he had to see where the conversation would go.  nowhere!

He was unable to tell me about the company he was working for.  He also called back with the following number- 813-430-0080

I got a similar call just now. The Indian voice stated he was calling from the Arkansas health department yet he pronounced it ARKANSAS. I corrected his pronunciation and he didn't understand what I was saying. He stated he was an attorney to get me compensation for the problems I had from taking birth control a long time ago. I informed him I havent taken any in over 17 years and I had no problems when I did take them. He thanked me and hung up

Yep...I got a call on Thanksgiving and he was claiming that he was from the health department and wanted to know about the birth control of my sister-in-law and them me! Sicko! I told them that I had the number of the health department on speed dial and that I'd call them back and check on it for myself!

Asking for Tammy or Sammy.  Possible foreign person.

Who is calling from this number?

Can't understand why these foreign people from other states, ? From other countries, call constantly, and how they do get your name, phone and personal info on me  and probably everyone in our country. and I can't hardly understand their foreign accent. I'm on the DO NOT CALL LIST.

I don't know how they got my cell phone number for one thing. He sounded like he was from India. He said something about medical compensation then proceeded to try to ask me a lot of questions about lung cancer, blood thining medication, surgeries involving a mesh. This has SCAM written all over it!
The only time I talked to anyone from India was for warranty/tech help with my HP computer. Now I get phone calls all the time from India.  I will NEVER buy another HP computer because of this!  They need to hire tech people from the United States! For the love of God! Please!  

This guy with India accent says he is a lawyer to help me get money for taking birth control I said no u aren't cuz I never took one so don't call back but I had some test done this last week and he called me again and told me I could get money for the mesh I had put in which I never had I called my drs office and they haven't released any info! So what the hey is going on here we need to stop medical info put on Internet!!!

Dodgy scam. They claim to be from my state's "Department of Health" so clearly they grabbed my records from somewhere to offer me "compensation". Hung up when I started asking questions about how they got my number.

On do not call list, this number has called me several times.
