I receive robocalls from this number virtually every day. I hang up without answering. They keep calling. I have to go to my voicemail every night to delete the "click". This is harassment and it surely can't be legal. Is there nothing that can be done to stop it?

Just called here 10 minutes after a similar call from 914-530-2399 (Gas Division).
This one had a caller ID of Help Center. Coincident?

The 4th spam caller of the day, using a different # every time. I block 'em and they just change the calling #.

Waits until you talk or say hello. The automated connects. The usual con edison discount. Company did not identify itself.
