number? NONE because I've never used your services and yet you harass me daily.

That is exactly what happened to  me I just got this number and whoever had it before has this debt NOT me!

I have received over 57 text messages and over 150 phone calls (3 per day) from 3G where they leave voice mails I haven't erased them so If I need to use them to prove harassment to SUE them I will. The problem here is I just got this phone number 2 months ago as I changed phone carriers so whoever had it before Is responsible for this nightmare NOT me but yet you can't talk to a human to explain this the 3G company don't take that into consideration I'll probly just change my number after I sue them to teach them a lesson!

I just sent an email to you at your "signature email address". Guess what?? It bounced back as an INVALID email! If you want to be taken seriously, ANSWER the QUESTIONS!

1. What number will connect us to a LIVE customer service representative?
2. Explain, exactly HOW you expect me to respond using a "valid cell phone number", when the call was placed to my land line?
3. When I accepted this collect call (assuming I did), why would I have had any reason to believe this would be billed through any means other than my carrier...i.e. AT&T?

You are quite smug, but have so far, been most unhelpful. If you ARE affiliated with this company, you are reading these posts and see the frustration. In the time you spend defending 3G or shaming the posters, you could be constructively assisting and POSSIBLY contributing to your company's bottom line!

A collect call was made to my phone which I myself did not accept. I receive a text saying that I owe $19.32 incls tx/fee  but when I called another company who stated that they were the collection agency said that I owe $84.00 . How  can I owe $84 and your text message is saying $19.32 .  Not to mention I did not accept the call personally. How do you explaing this?

When I answered the phone call I did NOT accept charges,   just  listen to the RECORDING .  I am still being harassed daily by threatening me with collections.   Well, you won't be getting a penny from me no matter where you send the account .

I got calls from this company all day long non stop. Its so stupid when I went to the website I sent an email saying its a mistake nd that Im never used this company. Honestly i dont even know what type of company it is. Only I hear on the voice machine is somebody named Antowne. I dont need know anybody name that. So im not paying them a dime.

I just got my new phone in October 2013 and ever since I have been getting texts & calls about $$$$$$$ I DONT OWE! FOH.... you are too a scam. you said 15 dollars. i talked ten seconds. now you harass with multi daily texts and phone calls, and now the fee is 19 dollars. INSANELY high rates, especially when long distance is esssentially free. More than one call a day is harassment by law. enuff complaints and the FCC will shut your lying robbing a***s down.

Your business is not being run properly.  I have paid two bills and continue to get annoying text messages.  Please find a way to do something.  I do not see anything appropriate about your customer relations.

Also send them a cease and desist letter, cc to yourself, via US certified mail, dispute this bill with them via mail (certified as well - keep a copy for yourself) and tell them you have filed complaints with the FTC, and FCC..

Its generally a given that when you get a new number, its someone else's old number and along with that comes someone else's problems.

I just bought my phone number and i received a call from 3gcollect but i didnt answer and they said i had to pay or else it will go ro collections ! I agree I have never spoke to a human being although I got numeroud texts and calls. I never authorized a call. And then today I get some rude women telling me Im in collections for not paying 19$ for a collect call and plays my name that says Lisa which is on my voice mail and says thats you you authorized it. They certainly are a scam. Any real place "reputable" would have a human being to talk to.

I have never received nor made a collect call.   Out of the blue I get a letter from some collection agency saying I owe $50.99....NOT.    I will be contacting the BBB, FCC and Attorney General immediately.  This is a SCAM!!!
