please stop these people from calling me

THEY ARE CREDITORS. I GOT CALLS FROM THEM EVERYDAY 5X A DAY FOR PEOPLE WHO USED TO LIVE IN THE HOME I CURRENTLY OWN AND BOUGHT OUT OF FORCLOSURE. I ASKED THEM TO DELETE MY NUMBER THAT THEY DONT LIVE HERE AND THEY FIIIINALLY DONT CALL ANYMORE.

I work 18 hour shifts thru the night, 5 to 6 days a week. They keep calling during the time I try to sleep, but only a recording comes on. It says if Im the person to press number 1, but they don't give the option to press a number if Im not that person they are looking for. I normally hang up, but they keep calling back so this time I called them and they dont answer. I just wish they were not such chickens, that they would answer my calls to expain to them IM not the one they are looking for, and would appreciate it if they would let me sleep for once, so that I can get more then 2 hours of sleep per day.

888-866-6484 number given by recording... from call that came from (916) 219-8158  / CCS. Google search says tied to CCS / Wells Fargo   ? looks like some collector to me.

These people are calling me a few times a day, looking for someone who doesn't live here and has never lived here.  I've had this phone number for 15 years.  When I answer I get a recording so I'm not even able to let them know they're calling the wrong person!

i receive calls from this number at least 3x a day and since i don't recognize it, i don't answer. they never leave a message. where are they getting my number from?

I keep getting collection calls for the PREVIOUS OWNER of my current cell phone #. How do I stop them? It has been a year now that I have had this #.

Every morning around 8 to 9:30 a.m., it starts. I answer, but no one says a word. I hang up, and they immediately call right back. This same thing happens over and over throughout the day, Monday through Friday. Possibly weekends.

This company CCS continues to call me for a Thomas/Tom.  I checked the local phone book and there is a Tom Eisenhart. I guess they don't believe me when I tell them I don't know him.

This call came in on a private number with just the number.  Then they switched to another of my numbers with an ID that said "Central Credit Services".  I decided that I didn't need their service and chose not to answer their call.

I received a call from this number asking me if I was such and such and if so, press 1.  I was not the right person and did not press 1, but this is obviously a scam and waste of time.

This company is Central Credit Service and also makes automated calls from two other numbers.  Somebody named Ralph Garcia used my phone number and even after I called and explained I continue to get 3 calls a day from three different numbers, one from Las Vegas, one from California and one from Florida.  Lots of fun.

Every night I receive calls from this number

916-219-8158...keep getting the call everyone else seems to be getting with press one thing! Insanity I tell ya!I called them back and a guy answers and then hangs up as soon as you say you are not Ryan Elliot!

Calls from this # and 702-520-1452 have the same comments or complaints. They both had CCS on the called ID.  So when I researched them they came up with the car warranty & CCS (Central Credit Services) I did not and will not answer this number... I wish I could give you more info.Caller ID: CCS

Got yet another call from this number. Press 1 if you are this person,etc. except it was on answering machine and no way to press anything since I was not here. A word of warning to all tho. DO NOT EVER ATTEMPT TO CALL ANY OF THESE TYPES OF CALLS BACK.. Found out the hard way, trying to be nice, that once you call back your number is recorded and then when they sell numbers to other companies they can call all they want, Do Not Call does not work if you have had dealings with a company and they have your number, so when they sell it, whoever buys your number can call just the same way. So if you get a call, wether it is for you or not for you, DO NOT MAKE ANY ATTEMPT TO CALL THEM BACK. If you do you are screwed big time.

I keep getting a call from 916.219.8158 all hours of the day and night - Since I don't know the number I don't answer. THEY NEVER LEAVE MSG! Who are these people! And how did I get them to stop calling me.

Caller ID just says cellular call and then the number

They call several times a day, either nobody answers or a very rude man answers. I reported to the FCC for a federal crime and they STILL call.

It is an automated service and I usually press 1 to tell the other end folks they are calling the wrong number. But when the guy answered with "a id dis kimbuhly?" I was like oh christ hes a smart one too. So I told him to look up the numebr he is calling and that this was the 5th time they have called in 4 months and I had warned them before I would be contacting the police if they call again. And they did.

My husband and I had our number turned on 4 months ago. Who ever had my number before was in some serious money troubles. Most of her collectors have taken us off the list but this guy has not. I have a call in the the police department because I was told by the phone company that this number is listed under the correct name and that if they keep calling it is considered harassment. So we will see what happens. Little s#it needs to get a life thats for sure.

OK - I finally got a hold of management there...  Call and ask for "Donna".. She would not give last name but can get your number off of their list.....

Again - only speak to Donna...

This must be a 3rd party debt collector...
