I was receiving phone calls daily from TFZ LLC, despite asking to be removed from their list.  Today I pretended to be interested and was transferred to a mortgage company in Pennsylvania called Choice Mortgage Relief.  They are located at 340 East Maple Avenue, Langhorne PA, 190407.  You can call them back directly and let them know how you feel about their unsolicited calls at 215-642-0025.

I receive calls everyday at home! When will this stop.  They are different telephone numbers.  You can pick the line up, hang up and then they call you again!

Called me on my work number which happens to be a law firm. The 916-219-8187 number came up "cellular call" but when Googled it turns out to be TRZ LLC, which happens to be the same company that calls this line later in the evening from number 603-314-3565.  The former number is Sacramento CA, and the later number is Connecticut.  When I answered a computer generated voice asked me "Are you tired of Barack Obama's..." I hung up, should have probably listened to the entire thing, except I am way too busy for this nonsense.

Would probably help if U call in a complaint to the FTC toll free# - only takes a couple minutes.

these bastards won't stop even if you call back and press 1 or 9 or whatever.

Does anyone give these people money?  I sure as hell wouldn't.

I get calles from this number daily.  Some of the calls are only 10 minutes apart.  This causes me to constantly answer or at list look to see who is calling.  How did they get my number.

I am sick and tired of receiving daily calls  three times a day.  Does anybody know how to get rid of them?

I RECEIVED A CALL FROM 978-570-2241 TODAY NOVEMBER 30, 2009 AT 3:54PM PST. IT IS THE SAME AS EVERYONE ELSE HAS HAD - TFZ  LLC. I AM ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST. I DIDN'T ANSWER THE PHONE SO I DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY WERE PUSHING. APPARENTLY THEY HAVEN'T BEEN SHUT DOWN YET.

Yes, I got calls from 916-219-8187 'Barack Obama's...'  They call my cell phone which is a violation of federal law.  The good news is the FTC is on their case, I think it is just a matter of time before civil and criminal charges are brought. FTC has shut down others but they just open up under a new name, until they go to jail.

My call ID popped up as "Telemarket Spam" on this call.  Talk about truth in advertising!  I'm just sick of the repeated calls.  Their robodialer must have my number in triplicate because I always get three consecutive calls b4 the harrassment stops.

ID has new title:  Telemarket Spam."  Recorded message speaks about credit card law changes and  my problem with outstanding debt (non-existent).  I've called back this number in the past and asked that my number be removed from call list (per their recorded instructions).

Just received a call from TFZ LLC and they didn't leave a message. Yet again, this is annoying.

Unfortunately, political org's are exempt from DNC reg's.  They are free to call and harass you all they want.  DNC list is a joke and will never truly be enforced.

I have received about 6 calls now from this company, all from different numbers.  I press 9 and they just call from a different number.  I am also on the DNC list and have filed complaints for each and every one.  I really don't think the goverment gives a danm if a company violates the list.

I also got a call on my cell phone today. They call every few days.  Let's hope for a criminal charge soon for this against this firm and for the employees who take the calls.

I now have received 6 calls from unknown numbers. (9162198187) and (8188708100), here is a third (3104442679) Not one of these calls have left a message.

I called the number back and it says press one if you don't want to receive anymore calls. I did and will see if that works.

I have received calls from these people daily for about two weeks, no messages left.  Cindi, thanks for the tip about calling back and choosing option #1.  

I, too, am on the DNC list and am frustrated that they are calling my cell phone.

Called @ 4:52 EST with offers for debt consolidation and reduction services.  I pressed "9" to opt out of further calls per their instructions

Who the heck is TFZ LLC!  Barack Obama signed a bill...press 1 to see if you qualify for mortgage refinancing.  Doesn't sound political to me at all.  I hope they get caught and racked over the coals if they are in violation of the DNC.

Mortgage modifcation, used "President Obama" a lot in the pitch.  Opted out with '9'.

I am on a DO NOT CALL list, so they violated the law.
