These people are scammers! Calling from 917-775-0023 They left a very disturbing voicemail on my phone telling me that I had a warrant out for my arrest because I had 2 Allegations against me.In the voicemail they stated that I would be arrested the following day of the phone call at either my home or my place of employment. At the end of the voicemail the woman had stated "Best of Luck" . They said that I had committed 2 serious crimes dealing with fraud which I had not. They attempted to get all of my debit card information using a scare tactic. They told me that I had 30-45 minutes to fax them my card information or else legal actions would be taken against me resulting in 11 months in jail and a $10,000 fine. I spoke with 2 different people who both had VERY strong foreign accents. The first person had told me that I needed to clear up my second allegation with the chief executive of "Cash Advance" and they gave me the number 917-651-0029. DO NOT LET THEM SCARE YOU. I immediately contacted the Allegheny county sheriff of pennsylvania to clear up the fact that I do not have a warrant and also turn these b*****ds in at the same time! I hope everyone that does receive a call from these people do the same in turning them in to the police.

I am recieving phone calls saying that there is a warrant for my arrest.  I don't recall having a debt with "IBC" which is the company name they used.  Seems like a scam - bring on the cops and I will call my lawyer!

He proceeded to tell me that there was a cop next to him and put him on. It was really the same guy doing a terrible job masking his voice. When I asked what was I being sued for, he told me that they found my laungerie on the streets and that I was very sexy.. how sick is that!!! I reported them to the police

this # 917-775-0023 called my brother and said I better call them immediately because I used him as a reference. called the number says not a valid # try again. I know they are scammers but they don't need to be calling family members.

Hey they are calling me as well, little do they know my cousin is a hot shot lawyer!!! Kind of scarry when they say my bank name and such but I have not owed anyone money so I dont see how this is possible, I was Scammed way back when the Nigieran scams where hot, so I would just not answer let them come with there attorney! I keep getting calls from kevin petterson the calls started end of last month.The first number they left was a bad number.There new number is 831-607-9227. I need help they are calling my place of employment.

This is a foreign scam, a false debt they claim you owe, and you will have no recourse beyond what your bank may do for you. They are beyond the reach of your local police. They give false names in an attempt to sound as if they are located in USA. And they will cuss you out if you challenge them. Hang up on them, report them to your local police just to help out any others who may fall for this. Good luck.

I keep getting calls from this number as well as another number and this guy by the name of Kevin Petterson is claiming to be an attorney and DEMANDING I pay them $$$ that I apparently owe them. The story is that I'm being sued... They are demanding money, my debit card information, a copy of my I'd! They do have a VERY STRONG accent and sound as if they're calling from a foreign country... When I asked where were they located "Kevin" told me California and then that they changed the location saying he was in New York! These people are very aggressive in demanding what they want and DON'T stop calling! How in the world do they get your number and why have no legal actions been taken for them to stop harassing us!

These people keep calling me threatening some law suit...one call was from a man named Kevin Patterson(?), but they are very difficult to understand because they have a very heavy accent, and when I ask them to repeat, they begin yelling.

These guys are the biggest scammers.  You can block this number and they will just call from another.  I called the local police and once I told them I did, the calls stopped coming-from that number.  They have now started calling from a different number.  DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFO OR ANY $$$.

They keep calling saying my husband owe money, very strong accent. Saying that he needed a lawyer. But I will answer next time they call.

I keep receiving calls from someone saying that I owe them money and there is a lawsuit against me. I can barely understand what he is saying. Threatening to have me arrested if I don't pay themj what I owe. Getting sick of it.

My son got a call from this guy also, saying he was going to kill him and or his family. He said he knew his S.S # telling him his last four digits. He also said he knew where he worked (which he is laid off right now) the company name. He knew his sisters married name. Please anyone that gets this call call or go to the police depattment and make a complaint.  Only in numbers (of people) will this be taken care of. My son is really worried about the threats to his family.

I spoke with Kevin himself  and told me I was being sued and if I did not play god bless me he began to threaten me and he said he will stop all legal action for 35,000 i told him i will take my chances in court and hung up he called back using profanity

Keep getting phones calls over being sued.  They call several times in a row.  I can barely make out what they say.  They have a strong accent.  Sounds like they are from India.
