Keep getting calls from this number.   Today message left was a threat and also asked for 8k.   Cant understand what the name of the Law firm he is calling from  John(something)  very heavy accent cant understand.

These people called and looking for someone and said they were with a law office looking for some one.  I told them they had the wrong number but they keep calling and their phone shows up as Payphone or unknown.  They use several different numbers and they have a foreign accent.

These guys just called me and knowing that i had a few payday loans out, i was SCARED....But I was like, what company are you talking and they said cashnet.com and listed all these other ones.  I told them i didn't know what they are talking about.  He said he was calling from the law offices of John Goldman......

I have received several of these calls from different phone#'s, threatening my job, telling me my socialsecurity # will be black listed, telling me I could get arrested, and  then telling me I have to pay up to $8000. in fines and penalties. I had my laywer call them and they hung up on him....

I have stopped answering these calls.  They have been calling me for over a year from different nymbers saying there is a law suit pending against me, that they will be sending the police to my work or home, etc.  All lies.  At first I was frightened then I realized it was a scam.  Now I do not answer.  They would never send me any written information about the claims they say they have.  It's just a bunch of crap.  Don't answer of engage them..

They called with the same story and I told them I've never been or done business in California so you have me for the wrong person. And they hang up on me as well.

I got the same message and they said there were criminal charges against me. Tried to get me to verify who I am and my address...yeah right. They are arab sounding, very heavy accent and no real grasp of the English language...very strange indeed.

I laughed at them and hung up.

I got a call from this number, and two Indian guys with very heavy accents informed me that a lawsuit was being filed against me by a Loan scam company. When I tried to get more information and tell them that I had received no money, they shrugged me off and hung up. Bull s*** call, bull s*** number.

Did he say who he was with?
