They call several times a day. Sometimes a recorded message, most times nothing. Please stop this nuisance. There is nothing legit about it.

This number from Rio Linda left a message about an Amber Alert for a lost orange

Never answer mysterious callers. Anyone who doesn't say "This is SOMEONE YOU ABSOLUTELY KNOW" (sorry for yelling) or called and asked for, is a Scam. I'm at home & get them all day & in email. Our Surewest phone co., just bought by some other co., can't get them all. They say all kinds of fake things like "Free Energy-Saving Utility Check" & it's Debt Collecters, even if you owe nothing! Even if you do, this is illegal. My mom: Never call & say "Who is this?" If they do, say "I beg your pardon?" 5000 times. ANything else: "Oh." 50000 times. This works for any nasty comments or ??? from anyone. Or "OK, send original Billing Invoice!" Then Fake Street #, Fakadrozz Rd, Gudibol VT Fake Zip.

Yep! They called while I was talking to Dr.s office. another Scam call. Glad I didn't even look at screen to see if someone Real was calling! Thank goodness for computer; I just press old VTech land line's Vol-CID button, then put # into computer & get this!

Every day, 2-3 times, says it's from Rio Linda, CA. When I call back, the recording says "All agents are busy. Please leave a message and we'll return your call." Of course, they NEVER do call back!

Do not answer, just ignore them. Or if it is long distance pick-up the hand piece and drop it, they have to pay for a long distnce call.
