Keep getting these calls everyday.  Says from Steve Poizner - Republican Party against Meg Whitman.  Must be Democrats trying to piss you off so you won't vote for Steve Poizner, think people think!  I already voted absentee for STEVE POISNER!  Do I hear a Woot! Woot!

Poizner, poizner, poizner....I'm so sick of him now I couldn't begin to imagine dealing with this guy.  This state is in deep s***.  Let's try a business woman with a proven track record.  We are on record as the worst state for business to do business. 600,000 jobs moved to other states in the last decade. Geeish.

I have gotten over 15 recorded calls from Steve Poizner.  I have called them twice now DEMANDING they STOP CALLING!!!  If I was going to vote for him ... I'm certainly NOT now!!!  LEAVE ME ALONE!!!  DO NOT CALL MY HOME!!!  FURTHERMORE ... HOW DID YOU GET MY PRIVATE UNLISTED NUMBER???

Today called 4 times - blocked his number and the caller gets 'this number has been disconnected', but still called 4 times. If his team doesn't get this, how could they ever get what the voters want? Ignoring the voters and hiking taxes and play his liberal agenda.

Here's how to get rid of this idiot. It requires caller ID and a PC with a modem, connected to the phone line that is getting the unwanted poisoner calls.

1. Download and install "Phonetray Free" from this link:

2. Add 9163256858 to the list of numbers. Set it NOT to ring, Zap the call automatically, and play the message "disconnected.wav". This is the famous SIT Intercept tone that tells telemarketers and other automated callers that your number is disconnected.

3. Enjoy.

My phone # has been on do-not-call lists since the beginning.
These political jack*** callers call my home day and night.
I am really sick of people who don't respect the law.
Especially politicians!

The National DNC list is nothing more than a false sense of privacy, it's just a bunch of hooey.
The Poisner team just used a "minister" to do his spiel. No votes from this household.
3 canned calls a night is way overboard. Thank GOD for answer machines, VM and the people that invented them.. I did call back & sorta "politely" told their voice mail to go pound sand with these annoying calls.

Despite requests to get off the call list, we are getting calls from this number 2 to 3 times a DAY. What a waste of money: we're absentee voters, we've voted, and we didn't (wouldn't) vote for him. And what an annoyance. I didn't hate him before these calls. Now I wouldn't vote for him in 1 million years. He needs to read "How to Win Friends and Influence People."

Gee, if I was Meg Whitman I would make a fake Political opponent look bad in comparison to me so that I get all the VOTES! DUH!

There are other political parties to vote for. Do your research instead of listening to everyone but yourself.

I had not made up my mind between Steve Poizner and Meg Whitman but these daily harrassing phone calls pushed me over to Whitman.  Robocalls are NOT a good idea for a campaign if you want to win friends and influence voters.

Endured the same Poizner robo call crap. My vote went to Whitman. Anyway, Poizner is a Repulicrat. Poizner would be another screw up like the current dolt in power, Arnie boy, another faux Republican. California needs a governor with integrity, intelligence and is business savvy. Just the very reasons why Meg Whitman is the ideal choice.

Why is voting for Meg Whitman a mistake? California needs somebody as governor that is business savvy like Meg. Anyway, Meg isn't a politician and that alone makes her persona shine even brighter. Meg is bright, insightful and surefooted. That can't be said for idiot Arnold that has nearly bankrupted California or Gray Davis who left California in a financial mess as well. Arnold is a faux Republican that bases his decisions from the left, and we all know about liberal Davis' governorship and the energy crisis he was responsible for. Meg Whitman is a woman who, I'm sure, won't let the grass grow between her feet and will do her best to revive this nearly bankrupt state into one of monetary success. Just imagine Mr. "Medfly" Jerry Brown back at the controls. I can't believe the nerve of that man attempting to run for governor again after what he caused back in the 80's with the medfly fiasco. Jerry could've nipped the situation in the bud early on with the medfly, but he let a fringe of kooky California "environmentalists" persuade him not to allow spraying small areas where the fly had been first detected. So what happens, the medfly becomes an epidemic. Remember the areal spraying of malathion in those helicopters late at night back in the summer of 1981 and all the property damage, not to mention the harm inflicted on wildlife because of the malathion? Then came the "stormtroopers" who'd come unannounced in your yard spraying diazinon on your fruit trees. Wow, and did that ever cost California plenty!

FYI it cost California 40 million dollars to combat the medfly. 40 million in 1981 dollars!

I had made up my mind to vote for Steve Poizner. Not anymore. I've changed my vote. I got an unsolicited call from this number. I am on the Do Not Call list and I know that politicians are exempt from complying with this law. However, any politician that is so STUPID as to call people that do not want these calls does not deserve to be in office.
Whoever made the decision to call people like this is a fecal brain, cavalier piece of dung. Poizner WILL NOT get elected. It is due to tactics such as this. I will gloat and laugh in his face on June 9.

Way to go Meg Whitman.  Your evil plan seems to be working.  Look at all these comment from people who are going to vote for you because of all the robo calls you paid for that look like they're coming from Steve Poizner.  All your money may win you the Republican nomination but you still look like a big old rich bully and that may not work against Jerry Brown.

Did you give your home phone number when you registered to vote?  Since I didn't and have never received annoying calls from politicians, my guess is that is where he got your number.
