Buy a call-blocking phone.
Uniden and Panasonic make wonderful call blocking phones and they're inexpensive. They also come with at least one wireless handset. Very handy!!!
These phones also block ?Out of Area? and ?Private? calls.

OMG. They call like every day now! Most of the time after 9:00 p.m. I never answer it and there is never a message. I have a lot of family living in the 916 area code (although my phone is 530) and everytime I see that area code I think for a moment it's one of them calling. So annoying.

This number calls several times a week and leaves no message. Interesting that right after every one of these calls comes another call from 'unavailable'. D-bags!

I just got a call about 45 minutes ago, too. It was on my cell phone and I missed the call. No message was left. Did you answer it?
