It is a scam. They wanted me to prepay $4.15 for this "rebate" card. Guy got irritated when I asked why they wanted me to pay for the shipping of a rebate card and he was vague about exactly what/where it could be used. Hung up after he started getting stupid with me. Heavily accented, is definitely from out of the U.S.

Received a call from this number but hung up before I could answer. I called back, got a cheery autoanswer "Hi this is Julie with reward redemption" includes an offer of a rebate card. When I pressed "1" I got what sounded like a call center from India. Hung up on him. Sounds like a scam.
