They are commuting fraud and you should report them to your attorney general immediately. Also contact you local authorities if they are pretending to be representing any form of legal counsel, county authority, mediator, etc. as this is illegal as well.

Yes, got a call from 916-778-4036, a David Lewiston with American Asset Recovery....Since I was a "person of interest" regarding a relative. Said if I wanted to settle this amicably then I should call them back!! Yeah, right, I'm going to call them regarding someone else!!! Scammerss

got a couple calls, but they never leave messages. i know it's ascam becasue I have NO debt. I keep strict tabs on my credit!

its come collection agency SCAM. look up 855-599-9500. there is a crap load of stuff about these people. they threaten jail and blah blah blah; even if you dont have a debt. they are called RAS/GLOBAL MANAGEMENT GROUP.
