They have been calling my cell and work and won't leave me alone.

They are scammers.

It all started just trying to get a payday loan and after that I had my phone blow up with calls.

He's not a bill collector with scare tactics, he's a criminal trying to trick you into sending him money. Either way, glad you didn't fall for it.

Received call, tryed threatening me and saying I will be going to jail for nine years! For what I asked! Could hardly understand due to strong accent! States he is from the state attorneys office! Well I called the true states attorney office, clear understanding of what they were saying and was told that's a scam! So don't even listen to these idiots who try to threateen you!

talking about i have law suit under ss#.but when i told him it was a scam he got mad....i told send the police he send they will here in 25 minutes...............i really got mad when i said do you even know if your talking to the right person

got a call from a guy stating his name was Brandon Gabri el, and that I was in a lot of trouble and he was with the state attorneys office with a warrant if I didn't pay.  I told him I filed bank ruptucy and was protected under us bankruptcy law, all of the sudden he is best friends with my attorney.  called my attorney, never heard of him.  definitely a bill collector with scare tactics.

I received a call from a guy who said his name was Raymond and he needed to speak with H Hollis, I told him he has the wrong number. He then proceeded to say that "she" is in a lot of trouble with the Attorney General for using someone else's social security number. I told him you have the wrong number. He then proceeded to tell me that if I didn't get "her" on the phone I was going to jail. I hung up. He then called back 40 times in a row. When I didn't answer he called from an unknown number. I have filed a FCC complaint.

Some guy says his name is "Raymond" has called my office phone 22 times in a row, I hang up, he calls back. Says he needs the name of my attorney and that he's calling from the office of the State Attorney General. I asked him what the name of the California State Attorney General was and he finally came up with a name that wasn't even the right sex. Obviously calling from a boiler room.

Got a call yesterday on my voicemail from a cash lender he says he will loan
Me money if I pay money to the insurance co..right
I told him in two weeks. Then he call back a number of time
And leaves a message stating I owe ten thousan dollers
and the I better call him back or go to jail.I called back and the same rag head
Tells me that I've reached some attorneys office and to please hold on
While he pretends to transfer my call. He messed up and I had
to call back 2more times.when the call was tranfered it was the same idiot pretending now to be some attorney.this has got to be the most dumbest Henson I have ever spoke with. Unreal
