I got a call from this company stating the same as the other clams listed here, threatening to issue a warrant for something, couldn't hardly understand him, He stated his name was Robert and his badge number was 5620, also acting as an officer of the law. I am not the person they are trying to contact, but they don't seem to care and proceed to leave a nasty message before they insure they are talking to the right person.  Someone needs to get a handle on this type of actions and make sure they have their brain engaged before putting their mouth in gear.

Just received message from a some kind of ?Officer Kevin? something (this person did not speak clearly) from Hill White and Associates.  I googled Hill, White and Associates and they do not exsist. But there were complaints regarding this so call company and the complaints were dealing with getting calls from these people stating criminal charges.
Officer Kevin stated I needed to return his call as there were charges being filed against me for fraud. He said charges were being filed against ____  which he said my name (but had the wrong middle initial) in the state of Florida, then corrected himself and said ?Oh no I mean California?.  This person has also called my best friend telling her I had fraud charges pending against me.? The only time I have ever given my friends phone number, was as a reference when I obtained a payday load once, which I have since paid off. I am wondering if there people are buy or stealing information from these payday load companies to scam people.

Call from 917-336-6272 John Alexander. Said warranty for felony arrest is being issued for my son. Bank Fraud in Texas. Notice sent to an address that was never valid.
He then transferred me to Joseph Goldmann. Threaten that I was being recorded on a Federal Investigation Fraud Line and would be prosecuted for lying. Which I was not. Told him that the debt in question could not possibly be my son. More treats and then hung up on me.

They somehow got a hold of my sister in laws phone #, and are harassing her daily. I have had several companies over the years come after me like this, one going so far as to say that they were law enforcement. It is against the law for them to do that!! They have no authority to do any of the things they threaten you with.

This company called today and would not disclose what this was about for about the first 20 minutes of the call, they then proceeded to tell me there would be a fellony warrant for my arrest. Sorry but it is against the fair credit reporting act. When a person asks what the call is regarding they have to disclose that info. If they refuse to do so then any further proceedings can be contested and dismissed not only from the credit but also the debt dismissed.

Gloria,
They do not care simply said. I've had the opportunity to read several posts on different threads here from officers, one of which said they went so far as to threaten superior officers even. They are not scared, they do not feel they will be caught period. And yes, they do read and shills post here.  You do need to get this taken to a higher level..  There's way to much of this going on and I like to see that the Police are involved in these calls simply because you have the means to get these creeps sooner or later!

The more reports going in to the feds, the better MO.. So if they are harassing officers, its even more vital for the higher ups to know about these..

Please do file reports with the FBI, your state attorney general and Department Of Justice,FTC & FCC..
