Ok, i just got a call from a person from this number as well and they can barely speak English clearly.  He did have all of my personal information name, address, social security, DOB, ect.  I am going to file a report asap with the police.  but he also states he was going to take me to court on monday???
he claim to be from some Federal company.

Any clue where this is from?
