this is a home security company - they claim to give you a full security system with no cost whatsoever to you in exchange for your placing a small sign in your front yard to serve as advertisment for 3 years. they keep stressing that it is absolutely no cost to you - they pull a credit report (without telling you) based on your full name and birthday (they said it was to verify you are the homeowner) and then they get to the end of the presentation and tell you that all you have to pay is the 50-60 per month to cover the cost of the monitoring....
