Beware my dad received a call from 1 (876) 460-1420 called me and a guy named Dave Fardt said he was with publishers clearing house and that he had won $850,000. I called the number back from my phone to see if it was legitamate and he told me that I had also won. I found this discussion board so I knew it was false.  He wanted my dad to go to Walmart and buy a greendotmoneypackpapercard. Put $260.00 on it and call him back with the card number.  If you do this he immediately removes your money from the car and you will have been scammed.  I called his bluff and he started cussing me.  Do not call the number back because it is in Jamaica and you will be charged for long distance international calls.  Be ware. This is sad that some people could fall for this.  This guy is pathetic and should rot in prison.

"Unknown Caller" came in claiming to be from Publisher Clearing House. Said I'd won 3rd place (probably that's why it was only $850,000).  Gave me phone number, conf #, Pkg # and who to contact. He asked me how I felt about winning all that money, and I told him I was waiting for him to ask me for money. At that comment, he hung up on me. I googled the number he game me without calling it, and here I am, with the rest of you. Lord deliver us from these people!

Received call today from 876-460-1420 saying it was the Publishers Clearing House and that I won money.  First of all if you can't even understand what the caller is even saying you know they are not reputable.  National clearing houses use people with correct diction.

Just got a call on my cell phone from 876-460-1420 (Kingston, Jamaica) telling me to call 917-503-7920 and give them my confirmation number to claim my $880.000 from Publishers Clearing House. What a bunch of scumbags!!!! The guy could barely speak English.

They just called me saying I'd won 150k from Publsher's Clearing House and to call back to get my cashier's check.  Figured it was a scam, but glad this page exists to confirm.  Wonder why PCH hasn't shut them down!

I got a call from an unavailable number telling me that I needed to call this number and confirm a delivery of a package and they gave me a comfirmation code and a package code. I googled the number before I called it and I got this page.

Got a call from (804)608-5443 and was told I won 3rd price in the PCH giveaway for $2.5 million.  Said I needed to call (917)503-7920 to claim my prize.  I googled the number and got this page.  And it's just what I thought, people trying to steal money.  Nice try.

They just called me!!!! 917-503-7920 saying they were publishers clearing house, take down this confirmation # and call them they will tell me what I need to do. They said go get a Green dot card, then I stopped them because it sounded just crazy!! I also googled the # and got to this page!! They are crazy!!!

They apparently are telling people to go to either CVS or Walmart and buy a $250 or $500 prepaid green card and they would be reimbursed with promises of varying amounts in the vicinity of $2.5M.
