This guy asked me for the last 4 of my ssn.  When I said I don't have any loans, period.  He said he needs to clear up the matter.   He acted all understanding and said if it makes me more comfortable, I can just give him my birth date.  I asked him to clarify where he is calling from exactly again and when what he said did not ring any bells at all, I said he definitely got the wrong person and hung up.  He called back immediately and I just didn't pick up.  

What exactly are these slimy snakes trying to pull?

They called me and wanted to know my birthday.  They said they were from ars collection. She wanted to know my info so I told her why don't you tell me. She told me this conversation is being recorded.

Nine calls in one day. Time to stop!

I also received calls from this number. In fact I received NINE calls in one day. I do not answer if I don't know who is calling otherwise I will be charged for the call. It can be very annoying so now I will list them on the DO NOT CALL LIST. Hope it works.

Said that it was ARS National, have no idea who that is.

Picked it up because it was a cellphone number.  They said they were citibank but i have never had a citibank account.
