Got a call from 918-442-0662. I do not know who the caller is.

Got call that came up as a "Service Call".  They stayed on line to leave a message.  It just sounded like a room very full of people calling.  I have no need of a "service call" and I am also on the Do Not call list.

This number is now calling saying they are from Microsoft and they are getting many error messages from my computer.   Says this PC is about to crash (hes so excited) and i need to let the technician talk me thru the process to rid them  and WHY havent you gotten the Microsoft maintence, do you not have enough money, didnt you know about it  WHY WHY WHY.   After the tech walks me thru the process to clean everything out  they will ask me for my information to pay a one time fee.

Caller said that I was supposed to receive a $6000 grant and that I had to call another number to claim it.

This number calls everyday ALL day! have selected 1 as they suggest if you are not interested..but they still call!!!

Received calls at 2:49 p.m. on 4/11/11, and 2:58 p.m.on 4/12/11.  He said that he was calling from Walmart to let me know that I had won a trip and a gift card,  I asked him his name and he said "Jason", but the accent was Indian.  The first day I told him that I was on the "NO CALL LIST", and that I wanted him to take my name off of his list.  When he called again the second day, I became very angry with him and told him to never call me again.  He told me that I couldn't talk to him that way, and that he had a right to call whomever he wanted.  What a joke!!!!!!

Some guy from India telling me that I had won walmart's customer appreciation award (and I don't shop at Walmart), which was a three day trip somewhere and a 25.00 gift card ... And all I had to do was pay 1.98 -by credit card of course, for processing. I wasn't born yesterday, so I didn't give him my credit card numbers, and told him to bugger off!! Suprised enough people fall for these scams to make them worth while, but obviously folks do. Common sense should tell them that Walmart would not be using a call center in India to call people!

These are scammers working from India - They are pretending to call from Walmart but I have never given Walmart any of my information in the past. The only breach I know was from Facebook and the .info scam posts.

I just got a call from this number saying that they were from the government and wanted to give me 5000 grant for school, etc. They told me that they did not need any personal information. They asked me a series of unrelated questions and then told me that they needed my bank account number to verify that I am who I said I am. SCAMMM!!!!!! I dont remember tha actual name that they used but it was something to do with the federal grant something...

This number 918-442-0662 just called my personal cell phone today. Indian accent guy from 'Walmart' said I won a trip and gift card if I give them my credit card number for the 1.95 shipping and handling fee. I said no i won't give my credit card number. He said, 'we are not trying to cheat you because we are not asking for your security code on the back of the card.' I said, then can I send a money order for the shipping and handling to receive this 'trip' and they said no, we only accept cards, it can be any kind of card, here's my supervisor. Another guy with an Indian accent came on and asked for my credit card number, and after I told them I 'don't have a credit card' they asked if it will be visa or mastercard. I hung up. Scam.

They've called a couple days in a row. I too have called and hit 1 to tell them not to call me.
My phone does identify them as Telepollsdotcom and there is a website www.telepolls.com
When I checked the web sit after the 1st call, there was a company site. At the top of the page, however, it said that the domain name was up for sale. Now it goes to Survey Monkey. So, I think these two entities may be separate or it's telepolls.com messing with ya.

I  keep having that same number calling except they keep saying that they are from Wal-Mart. They have called me about 4 times in the passed month, each time its the same person.

They told me that they were from the government grant center! That I had won a $5000.00 grant and where to send it (I asked dont you have my address) they had some other address & then I told him when I applied for my grants for school those people had the school address where all grants/loans. He said oh don't know that address. I said well if you dont know the address your not a legit government center & told him to quit calling me. He proceded to call 6 or 7 times I called the police gave them the # and they said they are taking care of it.

Just recvd a phone call from this number and almost gave them my info (which is not normally like me) and right before  I did I googled the number and came up with this.  They had told me I won a vacation form Walmart.. for free.. no one gets anything for free.. After seeing this number on the internet I told the guy im not interested and they continued to call several times after that...  REGISTER FOR THE NATION DO NOT CALL LIST AT 888-382-1222..  It takes 30 days to go through and if after thatif they continue to call you, you can call your Atty General's office because they are in violation..    Heres the info-- the guy said he was calling form Walmart regarding a trip from www.vacationgetawayincentives.com  his address 954 S Campbell Dr Salt Lake City UT 84165 his name was Ricky and his ID number is #100972.. .     THIS IS ALL A SCAM.... But since I did get all this info from his I amost believed him... THANKS AGAIN FOR THIS WEBSITE...

I keep ignoring these calls, but they keep coming.

I just got a call from this number claiming to be usgovernmentgrants.com and I won 6000 for a grant from my taxes.  Sounded very suspicious so I asked some more questions, like where the money was coming from and why don's they just mail the forms and why it is a .com extension instead of a .gov extension and they hung up on me.   Scam artists.  They gave me number 202-559-4670 as a direct line.

two calls from this number to my cell phone in one hour.  hang ups; nobody on the line.

I just got a call from this number (918-442-0662) from somebody claiming to be Donald Smith, which is actually my husband's name saying that he was from the legal affidavit dept - he didn't specify what company he was from or representing.  I called the number to see what happened & I got a recorded message asking that if I wanted to be taken off the list of people called for promotions, to press # 1, which I did.  He also left a call back number (305-999-1756) which appears to be a scam.  This gentleman, and I use the term loosely, had a very heavy Indian accent.

I have gotten calls from this number on and off for the last six months! The first time he left a voicemail saying that a friend of mine and I were in trouble with the law, in a very thick Indian accent. Sounded like he was reading from a script. I am a law-abiding citizen and I know that was obviously not true. Ignored all other calls until the other day, he called me FIVE TIMES in a row! Finally I answered. He began reading from his script again. I asked him basic questions like "Who are you trying to reach?" and "What is this referring to?" and he would just pause and then start his speech over. Finally he said "Sorry, wrong number" and hung up. I blocked the number. Dumb.

They called my cell asking for Christina Thomas, told them they had the wrong number and they argued with me that it was the right number. They said they got my # from call registry.
