Both phones were cheap, prepaid Tracfones, I'm thinking that maybe that Tracfone sells their number list to advertisers.  Oh well, it's easy enough to block them

Yeah, I've been getting them too.  Google says they are from Express Credit Auto of Tulsa, LLC.  Funny thing about this is, I used to get calls from them from an old phone, then after a while after I switched to a new phone I started getting them again.
