Talked to the caller, she was very nice and explained everything to me. They are doing surveys about my city (Kalamazoo, MI) and state yet they wanted me to drive to Battle Creek about 25 miles away to be in the survey and be paid $75.00 for my trouble. It would be from 8:00-10:00 PM as a downside also.
From the previous postings they seem to be legit.

I've done many survey's with Consumer Logic. The pay has always been more than worth it. However, I moved out of state a year ago and have told them this several times...they still call me!

The number is Consumer Logic in Tulsa, OK. I signed up on thier website to participate in focus groups and did a really cool one for Walmart around Christmas last year and got paid $125 for two hours of my time. I was hoping to be able to do another one coming up they had emailed me about and saw I had missed their call on my cell phone. They ask a lot of questions to make sure the participants are qualified to be part of the research group... age, shopping habits, brands I buy, etc.

Actually, Eleanor, it is just a consumer survey company. I've also participated and so has my Mom. If you ask them to take you off their list, they will. But frankly, I don't mind spending and hour in a focus group and pocketing $70. Easy money.

Do not believe posts above by the company itself.  it's telemarketing.  call the attorney general's office in Oklahoma and make a complaint on the donotcall.gov site!!!

I agree with the post above.  They are not telemarketers, they are a great company and you can totally make money by participating.

Just wanted to pass along that this is actually a legitimate organization.  I participated in one of their events and not only was it interesting and fun, I got paid handsomly for my time.  They are not telemarketers and often times the people calling are limited to the amount of information they can give out to potential participants.  They are hired by corporations or individuals to conduct things such as mock jury trials and focus groups.

They've called multiple times in the past. I finally told them that we were not interested in being a part of their surveys. They are evidently located at 51st & Memorial in Tulsa, Ok. They've now called back 3 more times since being told on 2 different occasions that we were not interested.
