Caller ID says SOUTHEASTERN B, another junk telemarketer I suppose. I only pick up on numbers I know, all the rest go to voicemail. If it is important or legitimate, they will leave a message.... these people do not, so it is a waste of time if you answer.

Must be another low life telemarketer, won't leave a message. I for sure do not want anything they are selling if they have to use tactics such as repeatedly calling and never leaving a message.

Don't they know this is a sleazy way to market their product or service?

Try not answering the phone when they call.

These people call very often more than 4 times each week wanting personal information and each time I tell them that the product they are offering is unwanted, they still call regularly. This is annoying and they have been told each time. What else can I do?
