I received a text, not a call, from*this number@txt.att.net saying my Federal CU card would be restricted if I didn't call the 919 number. I called it, and was told call would be entirely electronic, that I could not speak to a person and was asked for my 16 digit card number. I don't have a Federal CU card.
* (my iPhone shows that call is from 1-410-000-019 no, too few digits not a mistake )

Forward the text to 7726:
Security company Cloudmark created a spam messaging reporting service that nation?s major wireless carriers agreed earlier this year to start using. Now, customers of AT&T Mobility, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint and others can forward their text spam message to 7726. The mobile phone carrier will ask customers for the phone number that?s linked to the spam message so they and Cloudmark can start investigating.

Lol this a$$hole is trying to get people to call that number and put their credit card information. DO NOT DO IT! It is clearly a scam. What I have been doing is calling that number and giving him wrong information to make him think someone was dumb enough to fall for his trick. I would love to see his face when he tries to use the numbers for his scam to only find out is not legit. I will keep doing this and perhaps he will get tiredof all the wrong numbers being fake. If it doesn't get tired, then atleast it will annoy him as much as he annoys everyone with his pathetic scam. Kharma is a bit## and I know he will one day have to answer to his theft. Please report it!

The text message said:
"Because of irregularities found in security systems, we decided to stop emergency credit card number starting with 448380. For your safety, call 1-919-481-9115."
None of my cards have that number sequence, and when I called the recording was too garbled, and I was not able to hear a single word.

Received this msg also about calls ref. my credit card by text. On 11/4 around noon. Obvious it was spam. No mention of which card or other details. No company would notify us like this. So many red flags. Like the rest of you I googled the number - always a good thing to do to get the scoop from others.

I got a message from 19194819115@txt.att.net - "Due to irregularities security systems, we decided to restrict your Federal CU card. For your safety, call 1-(919)-481-9115"
The @txt.att.net threw me for a minute - but the text is so poorly worded that I figured it was a scam.

This number is not from USA. I am sure it's from India...
It's not (919)-481-9115...but +1-91-94819115, which I guess is cell phone number.
