Cash Advance i would be too embarresed to work for a company like this.  they have their workers to break every law there is.  But how is the law going to catch them they are in India routeing everything through South Carolina  they have called my place of employment everyday allday since Tuesday.  The calls are back to back they have a system that automatically redials. I do not owe these people money, and refuse to pay them any.  I have spoke with an attorney several times.  There are papers being filed to sanction them. So if anyone can get an address for cash advance that is ligitiment  Please post it.  Wednesday 3/20/13 he said that if I would send him 315.00 he would call my boss and opoligize  This sounds like blackmail to me.  then when he calls he states I will quit calling if you will send me 315.00 right now through moneygram.  He will not give out address nor will he give information on the loan lHe states when you pay me 315 dollars i will give you that information,. .

This patrick thomas tied up our companies phone lines for two hours. He was coming in on all eight lines at once. He was looking for a Care Giver who is employeed through us but works in our Clients homes so was not available. He had a think middle eastern accent and kept saying "do you like playing these games" "i will not stop calling until you give us her number". He then beegan to just hang up on us when we answered. I work for a large home care agency. Our open phone lines are extremely important. This is Harassment. We called the police and the officer even spoke to him. They did not stop until the women they were trying to reach called them herself. The police couldnt do anything and we are clueless of who to contact about the problem.

I am the employer of the person who keeps getting these phone calls from Adrian Walker of Detection for Financial Fraud.  Adrian called several times tonight to the business and tied up all the phone lines.  The employee was not even there.  When I called him back to stop, he was abusive, threatening me personally, and stated they will not stop harassing the workplace.  I filed with the FTC and will be filing with the PA Attorney General and probably North Carolina as well.  I also plan on calling the telephone company that provides this phone number and seeing if there is any recourse there.  This is ridiculous to do to my employee and to all of my employees.  We are a health care facility and cannot have our phone lines tied up!

This Adrian Walker did the same thing tonight to my place of business, which is a health care facility and tied up all the phone lines.  I was able to de-escalate him from screaming at me to tell me that he was out of raleigh north carolina and a private investigation firm called the DFF?  I plan on reporting to the FTC and to PA Office of Attorney General.  My employee was not even there tonight and they continued to harass my other staff.  He was middle eastern sounding and was very rude, telling me to shut up several times and saying call the FBI, Attorney General, the police, they don't care.  Also called me uneducated and all other kind of nasty things.  We all need to get this business to stop!

I don't know if there is much we can do.... They are in India, and they will call your office non-stop, they called my office the past 2 days probably a total of 400-500 times in a 2 hour period. Has anyone found any solutions to this, all we were able to do was block there number, but the next day they simply called from another number. They did not call today, but I'm sure they will start back up. There has to be something to do to stop these guys! I also called the FTC and they were not able to do anything other than take a report and have me provide them with all the different numbers they called from.

Extortion Scam Related to Delinquent Payday Loans
Washington, D.C. December 07, 2010

FBI National Press Office (202) 324-3691

The Internet Crime Complaint Center has received many complaints from victims of payday loan telephone collection scams. Callers claim the victim is delinquent in a payday loan and must repay the loan to avoid legal consequences. The callers purport to be representatives of the FBI, Federal Legislative Department, various law firms, or other legitimate-sounding agencies. They claim to be collecting debts for companies such as United Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Net, and other Internet check-cashing services.

According to complaints received from the public, the callers have accurate data about victims, including Social Security numbers, dates of birth, addresses, employer information, bank account numbers, and the names and telephone numbers of relatives and friends. How the fraudsters obtained the personal information varies, but in some cases victims have reported they completed online applications for other loans or credit cards before the calls started.

The fraudsters relentlessly call the victim?s home, cell phone, and place of employment. They refuse to provide any details about the alleged payday loans and become abusive when questioned. The callers have threatened victims with legal actions, arrests, and, in some cases, physical violence if they do not pay. In many cases, the callers harass victims? relatives, friends, and employers.

Some fraudsters have instructed victims to fax a statement agreeing to pay a certain amount, on a specific date, via a pre-paid Visa card. The statement further declares the victim will never dispute the debt.

If you receive these calls, do not follow the caller?s instructions. Rather, you should:

   Notify your banking institutions.
Contact the three major credit bureaus and request an alert be put on your file.
Contact your local law enforcement agencies if you feel you are in immediate danger.
   File a complaint at www.IC3.gov.

Tips to avoid becoming a victim of this scam:

Never give your Social Security number?or personal information of any kind?over the telephone or online unless you initiate the contact.
Be suspicious of any e-mail with urgent requests for personal financial information. The e-mail may include upsetting or exciting but false statements to get you to react immediately.
Avoid filling out forms in e-mail messages that request personal information.
Ensure that your browser is up-to-date and security patches have been applied.
Check your bank, credit, and debit card statements regularly to make sure that there are no unauthorized transactions. If anything looks suspicious, contact your bank and all card issuers.
When you contact companies, use numbers provided on the back of cards or statements

They started calling me again at work on Tuesday.  I had spoke to my boss on Monday and let her know what was going on.  These men were even calling our answering service.  My coworker let them know hat I was being harassed and that Patrick Thomas was trying to scam me, she said that she would take care of it.  The police really couldn't do anything.  My boss had our phone IT guys block the number.  I was also advised by the police dept to register my home and cell phone on the Do Not Call List.  I hadnt heard from them the rest of the day.

Claims his name is Philip Conner, plus a female assistant - he is demanding money he claims I owe, same about as Mamanaz ($263 to start). He is very rude, calls my cell phone and my place of work as many as 25 or more times a day. Our legal department has gotten involved because they are tying up our lines. I've reported him to the Federal Trade Commission as well as to the Office of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia. The DC office called the number back and demanded he stop calling my work, and he has only escalated. The numbers they use include the 919-719-0670 one as well as 336-455-7512 (North Carolina) and and 801 number. If enough people file complaints to the FTC and your state's attorney general consumer protection unit, it may be possible to get them off folks back - but I'm not hopeful. The company in Florida the money is supposed to be sent to is I.B.M. (Integrity Business Marketing).

I have been getting these calls from Patrick Thomas and Adrian Walker stating that I owe money to CashAdvance.com.  They wanted me to leave work on Friday and send $263.00 by money gram.  I wasn't able or going to send them any money.  These men proceeded to call my cellphone 20 times.  Beings I didn't answer my phone while at work, they proceeded to call my place of employment every 2 minutes for 2 hours.  These men have very strong middle eastern accents, very rude, disrespectful, cursed out my co workers and get very angry if they dot get what they want.  They have information on me...my SSN, home address, work address, cell phone number, work address and phone number.  Thank god I don't have a bank account.  These men need to be stopped.  I had to let my boss know so I don't get fired for these men calling me at work.  Thank god for googling their phone number.  Another thing...the city for the money gram was Palm Coast, FL, the phone number is listed in NC.
