This number calls all the time. My husband answered once and when he said that I wasn't home they hung up on him. I called back, it is Bank of America offering insurance. Ridiculous!

They are calling our house now too! Every day, and they hang up when we answer.  Steer clear!

I've received several calls from this number. Not sure how they got my number and name but the calls keep coming.  No messages are left though..

This not Bank of America. In fact, this number is a cell phone number and the caller uses several different names of companies. When my husband was called, I was told the company was a finance company, but after talking to my husband I called back. An automated voicemail picked up and said their call was in response to our inquiry about life insurance. The first time someone answered he/she hung up on me so I called right back. The second time a man answered and when I told him that I wanted our number taken off their call list he quickly repeated my number and said he would. However, since then my husband has received three threatening calls demanding that he responds with the name of his lawyer because he was being sued. When he didn't respond, the bogus company started calling me. This time no one identified themselves as a rep from any particular company. I refused to accept the call and the caller hung up. These people are frauds. In fact I've checked the number with Better Business Bureau and nothing came up. Please don't give them any information and don't close your accounts with legitimate companies because someone is trying to scam you. Also it's important that you not call these companies back from numbers other than the ones they originally used to contact you because they WILL start calling and harassing the person that answers that phone.

Whoever this is, they're calling us every day!
