Please stop calling me; I am on the do not call list

New year, New set of Idiots trying to Scam you.

This one was for Free Medical alert & Free Coupons.  Played the JackWaggon on the other end of the phone.  Told him I only want the coupons Keep the Alert  system.   He kept tying to go back on script, but he was new and it was really easy to divert him for 16 minutes.....   Waste their time, it is the Only level of satisfaction you will get.

Where is the NSA when we need them.  This crap can be stopped, we have the technology, when will they use it for Good vs. "something else".

when getting scam calls and a woman is on the other end I always start with what color there underwear is and then I get even more vulger. They usually take me off their list. They also tell me I cant talk like that over the phone, LOL they called me! It works try it.

The government, FCC and FTC will not do a thing to stop these low life scum from calling you. The do not call registry is a joke. I have received more of these telemarketer calls then I can count. I have filed complaints with the FCC and FTC many times. They are no help, they might have to get up off their lazy a***s and earn their pay check. Your best bet is to just not answer the phone.

Received (and did not answer this call) on 12/6/2013 at 12:55PM EST.  It's one of several different numbers that promote the same evil crap, hoping to snag poor, unsuspecting seniors.  Shame on them and they'll roast in HELL!

I have been getting calls from this number telling me that if anyone in my house is 60 years or older we are eligible for $3000 in food vouchers and can be used at over 100 major food stores nationwide under the Senior citizen act. we are also able to receive a FREE medic alert bracelet or necklace in case of a medical emergency. Has anyone else receive this type of call?????

Ha Ha Ha, I have found that each time I get on a DNC list or sign up on Municipal and Federal lists to "do the right thing" the result is more calls, visits, and break ins. Clearly big brother is on a corrupt ramp up rampage.

The information about cell phones and (888) 382-1222 is absolutely false.

925-221-2319 keeps calling all hours of day and night - really tired of people disregarding the do not call status on my line - they keep it up and I will report them to AG scam unit

Called my cell, I didn't answer, they didn't leave message.

Comments I've read here tell me all I need to know...going on the Spam list.

12-6-2013 @ 5:02 PM, 925-221-2319, ALERT:  Wife answered phone & listened a little bit, then handed me the phone.  It was a RoboCall regarding a medical alert package, and saying they need directions, and our address to set up an appointment for delivery.  NOTHING BUT A SCAM!  Internet search shows call came from Pleasanton, California, area..  On 12/4/13, received another call from California on phone number 805-408-4238, regarding same information about "medical alert".  I'm sure it's same outfit using different phone numbers.  I'd like to stick a shotgun up their butts and pull both triggers.  Maybe that'd get their attention?  We're on the DNC lists, but those are useless.  They might as well close those offices up and save the people the money since they don't do anything about these calls anyhow.

Caller ID:  "Cell Phone, CA".  I have gotten 4 calls from them in two days.  I answered the first one and no one was there.  Then I blocked them.  Two calls came in after 8:00PM.

My older Panasonic cordless phone only blocks up to 20 calls.  HOWEVER the newer Panasonic phones will block up to 250 numbers.  My current phone rings one time if a blocked number calls however I would like one that will not ring at all when it's a blocked number.  Researching it now.

Received few messages from this number 1-925-221-2319 saying the medical alert system was ready to be shipped out.
On the do not call list so I am no clear why these people are calling no one ordered anything. Plus they called on our landline which we don't even use so, it's clear that it's a scam. So I am going to make and file a complaint with the FTC. The rest of you should too. These people need to be stopped and shouldn't get away with these scams!

This is another medical scam!  They keep changing numbers as robocaller can!  Best stop is to block the number and report it!!

Educate yourself, your family (especially seniors), and everyone else you can about these rackets. 800notes is a good place to start.

Call this number 1-888-3821-222, this will put you on a  on call list. This works. When people call me I let them know that there number will be reported.   I keep track of the call for 30 days, after that I call that number.

Received a recording, starting out with "If you are 60 years or older....."....

I never answer answer unknown numbers. 925-221-2319 has called once a day for the past few days, that's why I looked them up. Never answer a call from an unknown # or name. They'll leave a message if it's a "real" call for you/.
Report them to your senator or state attorney general.

I received a call at about a quarter til 9 pm last night saying my life alert had been paid for by a family member. This is happening a lot around this area and is targeted at seniors, it must stop!!!!!! Thank you

Received my call from this number (many calls from as many other numbers) last evening. Medical alert scam. Besides being a scam on the face of it, the Caller ID is spoofed thus violating the 'Truth in Caller ID Act of 2009' and the restriction on robocalls.

This is another call from a scammer using CallerID4U, Inc. in CA as their carrier.

Just received a second call in the past week from John, at 925-221-2319, wants to schedule shipping for a Medical Alert system "like you see on TV".  A loved one or someone concerned about about us has paid for one and I just need to confirm a shipping date.  The call goes to a recording that tells you to press one to accept and 9 to decline.  I just hang up.  John is a live person and sounds like he may have gum or something in his mouth while talking or maybe asthma.  :o/

Blame both on Republicans. The Party of Big Business. The Party that fought for political calls to be exempt from the DNC list. The Party that hindered the FCC from enforcing the DNC list. The Party that cut funds to the FTC. The Party with only 1 goal, get re-elected by keeping people from getting reasonable Health Care while protecting the profits of insurance company execs.
