Have received missed calls from this number various times. Added it to the blocked list but it strangely coincides with the numerous missed calls from +1-080-014-88243. Checked that out and people are claiming its linked to the diet pills ad. Thing is, I have never signed up for any diet pills, only read about them through an article on Facebook where my phone number is my old one and no longer used. Only goes to show that these scam companies can get your number from anywhere!

Have just received a call from this number, obviously didn't answer it or return their call but my mobile identified it as being a call from California. As I am in the UK how could I possibly a) be interested in whatever it is they do and more importantly, b) qualify?! Needless to say, added to reject list immediately!

They keep calling our company lines and the lines get "locked".  Now clients can't call in.
This gets old.  Whatever they are selling we don't want.  Don't these companies have something
better to do with their time?

Once they have your number be prepared for more calls. Blocking is useless becuase they will use another number. JUST REPORT TO FCC, DO-NOT-CALL List and to hosting phone company. Computer generated robo calls. Calling back only validates your number.

They called stating tax help. Dont owe back taxes. Plus its December, Govt would have taken me to court by now. If the IRS hasnt mailed you or called, then obviously its a scam. If they have, telemarketing laws state that a company when called or if they call MUST VERIFY WHO THEY ARE. This criminal calls using various scams like free cruise, police is looking for you, take a poll, credit card services, etc. ONce they have your number be prepared for more calls.

And if you are on the DNC list, they have no right to call unless you have given them permission to or have authorized permission. Second sign. If you call back, (not recommended) go through their spill and get connected to a live person. Try asking for information or 1800 or for them to mail you something. Third sign they are scammers. IRS WOULD HAVE NOTIFIED YOU ALREADY BY PHONE AND BY MAIL BY NOW IF YOU OWE BACK TAXES. ITS DECEMBER. Fourth sign they are scammers. PEOPLE NEVER EVER EVER GIVE CREDIT CARD/BANK ACCOUNT information over the phone, NO CERTIFIED BBB Company would demand that information over the phone. Especially out of the blue. All LEGITIMATE TAX HELP COMPANIES have 1800 numbers, BBB verified, certified by the state and can be easily, EASILY looked up.

I rec'd a phone call from this number this morning.  The guy identified himself as "Jeff" with Tax Assistance and told me that I owed back-taxes of $36,000 and he wanted to help me.  I told him I knew this was a scam and hung up on him.  He did not call me back.

They call several times a day, always asking for "Dan".  I keep telling them that there isn't anyone here by that name and they hang up on me... only to call again.

Notorious scammer, just google Hanz Smit. All they want is your credit card information. Just report, once they have your number, the calls will continue. THey use spoof numbers off shore company.

I received a call from this number today and called it back. It is some telemarketing recording regarding state tax relief.

Got 1 call yesterday no message then today starting at 1020 thru now 1222 -- 13 missed calls very intervals of when callbacks 7 - 18mins. says Orinda (Bay Area), CA as a landline thru MCI telecommunications (didnt know they were still around).
Maybe time to call my phone carrier and have them permanently block it.

925-255-2145 CALIFORNIA only information on caller ID. Four call so far today.  Number has big history on on phone call listing sites.

I get calls from this number every few days.  No one ever answers when I do--they just hang up.  Not able to return the call either.  No messages ever left.  Very annoying.

I got 2-3 calls a day from this number. There is never a message.

I called them back, got a recording that they "help with tax issues"...bla bla bla. Scam.
Could be data mining for collectors too.
