somebody call me from 925-478-7255 an offer to fix my computer an keep it protected against hacker for 4 year I make a payment of $208.00, I hadn't hear from then, an they never fix the computer problems

The morning of 12/9/2013, I received a call from 925-478-7255.  The man (Indian accent) asked for me by name and then stated that he was "Alan Peterson of Microsoft."  He said that my computer was compromised and that if I turned on the computer, he would walk me through how to get the hackers out.  I told him I would not do that; instead I would contact Microsoft directly.  He then stated, "Ask for Alan Peterson."

On12/06/2013 Caller, said he was from Windows Service Center, wanted me to turn on my computer and he would show me that hackers had taken over the computer.

Just received the same call stating he was from Microsoft and that he wanted to help me get the hackers out.  Sounded like he was foreign.  Wanted my IP address.  HACKER!!!!

Got a call from the above number that she was from Windows-did'nt give her any time as I could hear what def. sounded like a boiler room. I constantly am getting calls from unavailables, long phone numbers, and love this calls being diverted through our local 518 area code but it goes to India and other countries as by the accents of the peolple. I am so sick of all these calls after having the do not call for yrs. it seems it isn't working anymore. So from now on I only answer calls from numbers I know & sorry to say I have a poor memory when it relates to phone numbers. I even have to look up my cell phone number which I hardly use. I it ssomeone I know they better have their name on my caller ID.

Received a call from this number, a woman with a heavy accent said my computer was sending messages to her system. Told me to turn on my computer and she would tell me how to fix it. When I asked for her name and the name of her company, she hung up.

Just got a call from them a guy called Sam Packer spoke English with accent. He said my computer sent an error message to them. I asked them what message and his name and his company. He said he couldn't provide any their information to me. I forgot to to ask him if only error message sent to them, how did they find out my phone number because the error message won't tell them phone number. I have too much time to ask his call !

Just got a call (I'm in L.A.) on my cell, did not recognize the number so I clicked disconnect.  After checking here I'm glad I did.  Hey as most of these scam window calls seem to come from India, anyone know how to cuss in Hindi?  I'd like to tell the caller what i think of his mother in his own tongue.

The phone rang 5 times then hung up.  Showed "unavailable" on caller I. D..  I blocked the number with my phone company.
