Yes they do the same to me, and I do not have any lone with anyone. all I do is call them scammmer and it stops for 2 months and starts back up this has been going on for over 2 years.

I have been receiving this number from work 925-658-4421. It is a scam. They are causing me a problem at work.

Good for you; Pakistan, huh...used to be India, but I guess they're close enough for it to all be part of the big picture. Same old scam, different number.

This is a complete scam. When they threaten to send their attorney or whoever it is they threaten to send say, "Okay. I look forward to meeting him." When they say they have all your information say, "Well, good for you." When they say they are filing a lawsuit against you say, "Good, I look forward to receiving it." Each time they threatened me with some ridiculous thing, I was just agreeable. If you don't argue with them, they don't know what to do. The guy (who is from Pakistan, by the way) finally just said okay, bye. Haven't heard back.

Foreign people with an accent making their message hard to even comprehend, but they continue to harrass and threaten collection for an account I don't even have.

This is a SCAM!!!! Say you owe them money for a payday loan. Same SCAM that has been going on from India.
