just had a call from 932-012-3427; ID shows "unknown" - caller stayed on line for about 20 seconds after answering machine picked up.  No message, not even breathing sounds.

This can't be a US number, as the prefix starts with 0, which would immediately call the  operator.  A little searching shows that 93-20 is the international calling code for Kabul, Afghanistan.  Our caller ID system must be cutting off the last digit of the 123-427? phone number.  Like others have said, just don't answer or block the number.  If I don't recognize the number or caller name, I don't answer.  If they call multiple times the number gets added to the blocked number on my Panasonic phone.

Its obviously a spoofed number. Forget whether or not 932 is a real area code and focus more on 012. When was the last time you dialed a local number with the exchange 012? I never have.

Did not answer call.  Appears to be another International Call.  Phone company tells me do NOT answer these calls as they are scams.  Since they are International callers, U.S. phone companies can not touch them.  Beware!

They called yesterday and when I answered I let them listen to Cheech & Chong Los Cochinos. If they didn't like it that is their problem.

Got call from this number at 2:43 p.m.  Did not answer.  Googled area code 932 - found out that in USA and Canada it is "unassigned area code"  think it's for GPS use???  Afghanistan area code is +93 - info said you would insert your internatinal no in place of the + sign.  I don't answer any of these calls that I don't know caller - have ALREADY been getting POLITICAL SURVEY CALLS!!!  They have left recorded messages that's it's a survey.  GOOD LORD - the election was only 4 mos ago!!!!!

Got another call from this number today with a recording saying "Each year . . . ." I hung up.  It says Name Unavailable and once again I tried to block it through my cable phone service -- which says it's not a valid number.  Grrrrr!!!!

The call came in did not answer. Answering machine came on. No message left. Will block this call from now on.

This call is from a telemarketer about a FREE Medicalert System. Didn't answer.  Message was left.

A SCAM call but Google Voice knows and blocks it using a Google Number you ring concurrently with the home phone. Or like jetames says, use a call blocking phone instead. Yes, the number is definitely not a valid phone number. Here's a part of the recorded voice message you'll get with the call. ". . . accidentally falls. Many of these falls are serious and require medical attention. Now a new program designed to help keep senior safe and more protected is available for a short time. Don't become a helpless victim lying on the floor without options. You may qualify to receive a free medical emergency alert system. To find out if this program is available in your area, press 1 now. Press 5, to be removed but to feel more protected 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, press 1 now." Sounds as good as free Obama Care for seniors. I'll bet they ask for your Medicare Number??

Just a thought - why would anyone answer this call?  IT'S A SPOOFED NUMBER!!!

I got the call - DID NOT ANSWER - have blocked future calls.

Folks - get real.  The only way to stop this is to buy a call blocking phone.  Panasonic and Uniden make wonderful call blocking phones and they are inexpensive.  This includes RALPH in NJ  :)

Received call today, no number available, and no message left.  I'm on the do not call list, and I cannot block this number.  I've received several calls in the past weeks.  We do not answer it.  Something needs to be done so we can block them.

Number called this afternoon. This is not a valid area code for USA! Do not answer this number.

Called our home number about 2:15 pm. Left partial message on machine. Robocall message. Woman with a severe nasal accent reading a script in a bored voice about medical alert system and to press 1 for more information. We are on state and federal do not call lists.

After recently blocking numerous scam phone numbers, this one came in today-and will be the next one blocked. The Caller ID showed up as the phone number, "9320123427".  And interestingly enough, 932 is not an assignrd area code in North America (US, Canada, etc.).

They have been calling us every day since Feb. 15th.  Because it is a recording I can't say to them not to call again.  Very convenient!

Call your local police immediately.  Do not delay.  The fact that you received a threat to do violence to your person will get their interest and attention.

This is a scam organization. They use a fake caller ID phone number. They claim they are a Medical Alert company. I immediately busted the guy on the phone as a fraud liar. He began to swear, threaten to kill me. The guy does have my address and correct name.

These a***oles called my phone 7 times in the last two weeks.  Why bother with b***s*** DNC???  I'd rather answer and tell the nigerian f****r to kiss my a** or whatever, but I do not speak whatever language they use where they are.  Do I sound pissed?  Freakin' right I am!!!

This is the second time in two days that they have called.  Automated voice talking about seniors falling as in "I've fallen and can't get up!"    What I find strange is I can't find where area code 932 is.  Also I don't believe there is such a number starting with 012.

Received a call from this number this morning. Number showed up "Unknown". No message left. Have reported these kind of calls to the police and the FBI but because they are being routed in such a way that it could even appear as coming from a neighbor or an area code that is known to you, it is hard for them to trace. Was also told by the FBI that they do not take individual reports.
