This is the number that we communicated back in April.  He is the same person.  He is in Kent, UK.  He studied in Germany and then UK.  He said his wife died 10 years ago.  We connected via emails for 4 months and he conned me out of my whole life saving.  Is he still connect with him?  He stoped replying my email a week ago.

Don't think this is a US #.  Man says has studied at Kent, England n Germany.
