got reply from the state of fl dnc at the ag dept they swear up and down they use a service to stop calling on call lists well it stopped for 2 months now there back and the contact of the corp office claims she will get them to stop well she out on extended leave so i filed with the ag again   a a/c company in lee county ignored the list got fined 6k then tried to use a different name and not only did the state come in again the took his computers and files and suspended his prof license so the state is doing much more than the feds  now if they could only find where care services is located there using senior services on call id now

Yeah this thing is a big joke. They don't even keep track of who they have called in the past. This pat Donnelly should be embarrassed that her name is synonymous with fraud

Three persistent calles in week March 3rd, 2014. Do not know exactly what the 'lady' wants, because we cut the call off after her introduction "it had to do with my upcoming Medicare" ! Yeah Right !!!
Thanks to our suspicion and reading these blogs we'll  be checking our caller ID more closely before answering !

well now bankers life is violating the dnc list trying to sell Medicare insurance 2nd call from them  i have years to Medicare if its not broke by then so they broke the law for no chance of a sale

Thank god for Google....I also goggled Bankers and Pat Donnelly and saw all these messages.  This saved me precious time in looking for a job. The next time I get a phone call and they say ,"I saw your resume", I will do a little phone interview myself about them and the job before I make an appointment for an interview.  

Just got a call/voicemail from this number. I am desperately seeking a job and while at my current job, just got a call from this   number. Even though I am treating every unknown number as a potential employer and excitedly answering each call, for some reason I decided to let this one go to voicemail.  Thank God I did, because I can only imagine what I would have agreed to.  "Pat" didn't even leave the NAME OF HER COMPANY. I'm listening to this whole voicemail where she repeated my name like every fifth word and I'm thinking to myself "Who the heck is this? Who wants to interview me but can't even remember to say where they're from and what position they are filling"??? SO ridiculous. Boo.

Just had a voice message left for me to call Pat Donnally. It was two years ago I was looking for Administrative work and also went to the cattle herd interviews. I was so peed off for wasting my time and gas. I still received several more calls even after I had attended their bogus scam. I'm back looking for work and when I heard the message I thought the name sounded familiar. Thanks for All the post! Saves me the excitement of a real job!!!

I received a call from a Pat Donnelly, from this number. I did not post a resume either as other have said they were called from Banker's? SCAM ALERT!?

Received call today for management position for this company.  Person identified as Pat Donely.  SHe found me on monster.com.  I did not apply, but was somewhat interested.  Glad I looked this up to save myself from a scam.  

I received a call similar the ones reported by others in this forum.  Some named "Pat Donnelly" tried to schedule an "interview" for a job I never applied for.  I'm not interested in paying to sell insurance door-to-door.

I fell for this last year... Went to the "interview" which also had about 11 other "applicants" who had not actually applied for this job directly either. They told me it was a customer service position on the phone. When i went to the interview i learned what they really are. They want people to make insurance house calls. Not going to happen! Just got another call today because I posted my résumé on careerbuilder again, just yesterday. I will be removing my résumé now since I remember that the only responses I ever got were from insurance agencies :(

Interesting....I 'had' an interviews for this afternoon but woke up this morning with that nagging little voice "something is fishy about this". So, following my better instincts, I googled the numbed and voile! They can keep their insurance sales scam. Same thing where they found my resume on Monster and I have 20 years of web design/web development experience. Whew....saved me some gas money! Thanks!!

Same thing, fake interview. I called the number saying I do Digital Design and Web Design and she said "We don't have an opening for that." and hung up.

Thanks for saving me an hour long drive guys! I actually received a call from Pat Donnelly on Friday setting up an interview for Monday. It is now Sunday night, I'm sitting awake with nervous excitement and decide to google my potential future company. Thankfully I find this page and can now sleep peacefully.

I received a call from Pat Donnelly and also was informed that my resume was viewed on the Monster Board and they wanted to interview me. I told her that I did not do SALES, I am business development and Marketing field and  Build Businesses. I was unable to get any information out of her. Called back after reviewing this site to cancell the appointment and only got a IP answering service. I think that they are using many different numbers  to call people and send out emails because one number I called directed me to a pay phone. If they are asking for money up front and anyone has interviewed with them report them to the Attorney Generals Offices. It is a scam.  Numbers are 941-0371-7141 or 941-806-0966 and using different names for selling insurence.

I received a call from them about a job - they found my resume on Monster.com -  and set up an interview. Then I began researching, where I found all these messages.  I called Pat back and said that I turned up some very negative things in my research.  She tried to explain it away by saying it was all subjective.  I asked her point-blank if I was going to have to pay a fee of $290 for licensing before I could begin work, and she said that in the interview the branch manager would be going over all that with me.  That was one inch short of an admission, so I thanked her but said I was going to pass.

The funny part is the phone number that came up on my caller ID first   941-806-0966........Is a pay phone in front of Sarasota County Jail.....

I get several calls from this number they never leave a message. I would not call them back if they don't have time to leave me a message so they don't deserve a call from me

Yep! Someone named Pat Donnally from Bankers of Sarasota left me a msg to set up an interview. Googled them and found they called from the same number 941-806-0966 and wanted me to call back to the 371-7141 number.   Glad I saw all these posts before wasting my time!! Desperate for a job..but insurance sales?? no thank you!

The number is for Bankers Life Insurance who farms resumes off sites like Career Builder, then calls you to try to get you in for an "interview" which is trying to get you in on a commission only, up front fee for license etc. No Thanks...I don't do sales, and it specifically states this in my bio. They keep calling, but I just block them. I am in Manatee-Sarasota county area.
