I agree coming from a customer point of view. I purchased an email list through them, and the payment process is quite shady. You don't get an actual immediate confirmation. So I sent it through 3 times. Then emailed and called various times to cancel the tow extra orders. I NEVER received a response from ANYONE! Every time you call the phone it rings, and then goes to voicemail obviously showing that no one is there to answer it. Seems this company is run by one individual, Tim Matthews, who is trying to make the company come across as legitimate. Also on the website it has an option for live chat, says the agent is online, but never is. Imagine that. No way to get direct contact with the company! Don't waste your time or money on this crap.
