I too got a call from this number which wanted to confirm my Google website, The recorded message advised if I hung up I would be removed from Google listings. Press 1 to confirm or press 2 to have your name removed. I pressed 1, but with no response. This is no doubt a scam.
It would be nice if the government would impose heavy fines on these individuals.

Calls several times a day - we don't answer unfamiliar numbers. I finally answered because I am so sick of these calls and there was no one there! GRRRRR!
