Getting really sick of these companies sending out texts, esp. when you don't pay for text messaging!  They should have to pay my bill.

I just got one of these also.  They addressed me by name.  I never give this number out publicly so I have to wonder how they got it.  Since they have so much info on me already I decided to reply with 'stop' as they said.  Normally I don't do this with E-Mail because it gives them a good hit.  In this case, they know who I am so I don't think any more damage can be done than has already occurred.  I hope that they abide by it.  Otherwise they need a lawsuit.  

Yes, I agree that this sort of harassment should be illegal.  We need a Do Not Text list setup now.

Hey! Are you crazy?  I'm trying to sleep at 2:42 am when you sent this text. Reply yes to have someone to contact you - its FREE for you to text me but you just wasted a nickel of mine.

As I am on a "do not call list" and don't want a loan, why am I getting these text messages that I have to pay for at the end of the month.  If this is suppose to be marketing, it would be marketing that would keep me away from anything this caller is trying to sell.
