I got the same call but from a different number. The phn# that came up on my phn was 847-454-3055. The guy sounded like he was from India & didn't answer my questions. I didn't give him any info about me. He did say his name was Chris Miller and he was with Rogers Law Firm in California. After I told him I was calling my attorney he quickly hung up.

Same thing happened to me. I got a call from the 9512246963 number and a Indian Guy named Jack Garcia.  This is such a huge scam and I have filed a complaint already with the FIC and put alert on my credit report.  This is crazy especially all the phone calls and threats.

I just got a call from a  male but COULD NOT understand hardly a word of what he said except that his name was Aaron smith, (pronounced Arone Smith) yeah right! His message said that myself or my attorney of record should call immediately........then at the end he said if I do not call back, then all he can do is wish me "good luck" as the situation unfolds on me. What an idiot!

1-650-288-0525 and 1-951-224-6963, keeps calling me and telling me they have a arrest warrant for me from a company called( united cash advance). there names are- jason,alvin,david. they have called me 13 times.

You got the Hindu version of Jack Garcia, lmao, I got the Hindu version of Joseph Brown, which just happens to be my father's name. What a joke!!!!

I just called the number back to confront them from my work phone instead of my cell and he said the company was ic3 an internet crime company, regarding a legal matter. I asked him if he was aware this was being recorded, he said he knew it was, i asked what it was regarding and he said he needed my information to tell me. I said he should already have my information.he said the number i was calling from was not my contact number and wanted my contact number and information. I told him he needed to stop calling my number or i was going to have his number traced and file harassment charges against them. He said then don't call him back. Such a scam.

I recieved a call from this place. I didn't answer and called it back and it was an guy with an india accent. he was extremely rude and i asked him 3 times to repeat the name of the company he was calling from and he kept telling me to hold so I hung up.

Thank you ! This Indian guy said his name is Jack Garcia !!!!! Lmbo !!!! They told me I took out a loan online and they are going to have a warrant out for arrest if I don't pay what I owe !!

Its the typical scam placed from India and routed thru a us number, that there is a warrant out for your arrest.  Tell them that they are being recorded and investigated by the FBI and Interpol and I guarantee they will not call you again.
