Got a call and they asked for my husband by name, when asked whos calling she said Wendy from Green House Program (in my City). Told her he was not home and she hung up BEEOCH!!!!!

Recieved a call from this number. They ask for my husband. When I say he isn't home and ask who's calling...they just hang up on me. Got another call earlier from an "unk caller" and the same thing. Who are these people????
