missed call and no message- called 3 times today

Voice said they were from my (unnamed) credit card company and could lower my interest rate to 6.9%. Said to press 1 for an operator. I hung up. My credit card company does not call my cell phone. They have my home number.

Call 2x back to back, rang 3 times, hung up, no message.  Another auto dial scam. Well they won a nice complaint to the useless government do not call list.  Just ban all phone telemarketing already.  Oh wait, the donate to keep our two party system strong.  Let citizens learn to say no and answer a phone.  It is human contact and necessary for a strong society.  So what a few suckers are fooled,  they deserve it for being weak and vulnerable.  VALLEY HEALTH!!!  Definitely targeting elderly or millions of Americans on medication.  Telemarketing is the one industry that needs to die.  Well I guess it is easy to hang up and block, but still just plain annoying.  Miss the days when answering the phone was family, friends and the occasional wrong number.

I am putting it in my Call Block list, after reading all the reviews.
Do not get scammed by them.   They want your credit card number.
Watch out for these calls.  

It's a recorded message from "Heather from Account Services" - they call my landline almost daily, trying to get me to pay them a lot of money to get my credit card interest rates reduced.  It's a scam especially since I pay off my credit card balance every month.  They finally got my cell phone number somehow.  This is really bad.

Received a call with a promise to lower the interest rate on my credit card.  Heavily accented male then tells me that because my interest rate is above 10% and my balance is above 3 grand he can help me.  Both interest rate and balance were wrong.  So I told him can you "Nigerian scammers please take me off your call list."

I have blocked so many of these numbers on my cell phone, the block list is full and it won't let me add any more.

Hung up when I answered.  Left no message.  From Sun City, CA.  Lots of scam calls lately.

called me at 8:45 a.m.....tried to callback, no luck....I guess I wanted to call back in order to waste my time....by asking them to never call again. Sigh....here we go again.

Missed call and no message. I tried to call back and no answer, so I blocked the number on my cell phone.

I have a cell-phone and I do not answer unknown numbers.  Someone called today and did not leave a message.  My phone number is registered on the national Do Not Call List and I reported this call to them.  Based on this website they are trying scam people like us!

SCAM! Generic recording saying "This is Heather from card holder services, you can lower your interest rate..." blah blah blah. I hate scammers.
