There is a way to sign up free for a service called nomorobo to stop annoying robocalls. My problem is that my landline carrier, AT&T, currently doesn't support Nomorobo because they need to add the Simultaneous Ringing rejection capabilities to their service. I've called AT&T, as the Nomorobo.com page suggested, to request they help stop spam calls with this, but they don't seem to care and have no solutions of their own that worked (yes I even paid extra for one of their products that was supped to help, of course... it didn't!
SO, I decided to use AT&T's call forwarding service to make AT&T understand the problem a little better and I suggest others do the same.  
After I get a spam call I enter it into my "call forwarding list" (*63). The number I have dialed in for the call forwarding is :AT&T (Traditional Landline) Customer Service 1-800-288-2020
I'm hoping if they start to get the same number of spam calls I get - they'll decide it's worth stopping the problem.

They call everyday at 9:30 am  I work night time so its like I call someone at 3:00 am ,,,I have picked the phone press the numbers they tell me to speak with a person then I requested to be removed from their list and the lady just hung up right away and the phone calls continue  ,,,I wonder who's the person that would do business with them after researching all these bad comments ?  

This call is from either A1 Solar Power, a solar company based in Van Nuys, California (with six branches throughout the state: San Diego, Costa Mesa, Carpenteria, Petaluma, Concord, and San Jose) or one of its telemarketing fronts.

Here they go again - a new batch of phone numbers making their calls - over and over - everyday - it is disgusting - why do they feel they need to call us if we have not initiated a call to them - yes I vote tax these telemarketers

Another day, another robo call from these low life. Times must be tough and people must be onto their scam.You are losing money if you don't have their free energy survey. One of their messages actually said, press number 3 to have higher rates!!!

Call is VOIP and spoofed (call blockers may not work). Don't press a number to be removed -- it will give them the number to call again, and they may sell it other scrotes.

Robo call from low life scum for free inspection to save utility costs. Caller id is likely spoofed and done so call blockers won't work.

What they want to inspect is your home, your wallet, and your identity. Claim no purchase required is misleading --they definitely want money. Do not do business with them, do not press to be removed (it likely won't do anything and they may sell your number to other low life)

This is Clean Energy Foundation out of Colorado.  They have daily been calling my home in CA without leaving a message but today I answered and got the facts: they are pushing for business using the opening line touting solar tax credits.  They do not have offices in my state but have licensed rep's.  Those calling from 1-951-382-0324 the gal told me today are thePre-qualifiers.

Just got my regular daily call from these losers.  Aggravating morons.

A different day, a different caller ID number but the same old CRAP. You qualify for blah, blah, blah, press 5 for more information or press 3 so we know to have a different number show on your caller ID the next time we call.  

Call from PG&E... claiming I can get reduction in my electricity bill.etc..

So very tired of my personal space being violated by these idiot scammers.  Number is now BLOCKED!

Answered by mistake.  Was a robocaller saying the state had determined we were eligible for an energy credit.... blah blah blah.  Hung up and blocked.

These contractors are out to scam you out of your money. You don't get your money back on any these solar deals, it goes straight into the pockets of the solar companies. More solar contractor cockroaches calling every day trying to defraud you.

I apparently got a call from these folks, but since we -just- ditched AT&T for Ooma, I never heard the phone ring. They must be on the community blacklist, which means it went straight to voicemail. For the record, I talked with AT&T a number of times about offering simultaneous ring, a service that would let me use NoMoRobo, which blocks spam calls. AT&T wasn't really interested in anything other than taking my money every month, so we switched to Ooma. Ooma has a very robust anti-spam capability, and I was more than happy to see it kick in.

blocked them with youmail.com it's getting pretty obvious when they list a city as their id. real telemarketers,not scum, illegally averting the DNC would not do this. They would adhere to the list. Good luck to bob stop junk but you can't tax the illegal scammers, they just change the spoofed number. the govt has already had a hard time locating rerouted boiler rooms.

I answered just for fun.  Pressed 5 to "See if I qualify"  What crap that is. Yippee,  we qualify!  Sure we do, we have a heart beat!  It's like qualifying for a home refi loan in 2006.  Anyhow,  Ashley came on saying the call might be recorded for training purposes.  STRIKE ONE.   Then, went on claiming this is not a sales call.......  STRIKE TWO  Then, Ashley started pitching the no cost solar installation......I said I'm not interested in a lease. She says, it's not a lease......  STRIKE THREE.
This call (951) 382-0324 is coming from Corona Calif so, if you have no friends, relatives or do business in Corona Calif,  don't answer or do if you like that sort of conversation like I sometimes do,  and block the number.    

5th call this week--i finally answered to tell them to take my name off of the list and NO ONE WAS ON THE LINE but I heard someone hang up.  

Also just received this phone call with no message. Just another phony scam to steal your money and personal information. Phone number to be blocked.

They repeat their message twice asking you to press 5 to connect or 3 to "no longer receive calls"...HA HA
