I have these Payday Loan Scammers on my call blocker list.  I have no Loans with anyone...never even applied.  They call 3+ times daily...but my phone doesn't ring due to blocker set up.  The call is instantly answered then hungup on per my settings...so they can't even leave a voice msg.  You think they would give up...lol.  Oh well...they can waste their time....just not mine ;)

I was called from 951-436-9418 two times in two minutes. Their was not a message left. I have received over 8 calls from numbers in CA, who usually speak with a foreign accent, and say that I am named in a lawsuit, and must call back immediately.

i recived a call today from 514369418 saying i owed on a payday loan i never applied for and said there was a leagle case aginst me and i never took out the payday loan

These people are crazy! they call a hundred times a day and leave threatening messages.  if you answer they threaten you with getting arrested.  They are foreign and you can hardly understand them.  They do have all correct ssn, email addresses, and other info that is really scary.  They will tell you that they wont prosecute if you pay them.  What a red flag!!! They will say they work hand in hand with the fbi!  If they did the fbi doesnt accept pay offs not to prosecute, that is against the law!!! Plus if someone was really under investigation the first thing that would happen is an agent would come to you persoanlly and question and or arrest you, not threaten on the phone from several states away or another country,  Also im sure if it was really that important they would hire someone who spoke proper english that you could actually understand.  Do not fill any info out on the computer about mortgage programs that claim to be government funded. They are a fraud and this is where they get your info from.

I AM RECEIVING CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER THAT SAYS I OWE THEM FOR A PAYDAY LOAN.  I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY FUNDS BUT THEY HAVE MY BANKING ACCT. NUMBER.  I WENT TO THE BANK AND REPORTED THIS.  I HAVE HAD TO CHANGE MY ACCT. NUMBERS TO AVOID THEM TAKING MONEY FROM MY ACCT.  I TOO WAS TOLD THAT AN OFFICER WOULD COME TO ARREST ME IF I DID NOT PAY THEM BACK THE MONEY.  THEY CANNOT GIVE ME A DATE THE FUNDS WERE TRANSFER OR ANY PROOF.  MY NEXT STEP IS TO CALL MY LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT TO REPORT THIS.  WHY CAN'T SOMETHING BE DONE?

They have tried to call me three times in the past five minutes, i keep rejecting their calls and they keep calling back.

I had received 6 calls  with inn 2 days from this phone # 951-436-9418  asking for Marry Strakton and given me 4 digits of a ss#  the person that call has a forign accent and says that is an Investigator: Sargent Robert  from and if i do not return my call an officer will be at my door step to arrest me.

I caled back to see who they are I spoke to Kavin he sad it is an Internet Crime Investigator and they work together with the FBI. I am Not Marry Strakton or do i have the 4 digits of ss#.

Officer Dan Morgan Internet Crime Central something in your ss # we will send law imforcement officers to your work place. This is not the first time they have contacted me this is different number diferent name so i will have to go back to police station again and my bosses are ready to press charges for them calling my work place.

I received 3 phone calls within 5 days. Since Thursday, 2 left messages saying I owed money. I called back on Friday. I argued with some one on the phone with a Thick Pakistani/Eastern Indian accent. Whoever he was answered his phone like a regular phone call. "Hello." I got mad and said "Who is this?" He said "Jacob" I argued with that man for about 5 minutes and he hung up on me. The next day I turned it in to the police, the officer laughed and said it didn't sound right. Today I received another phone call from the same number. They told me I owed money and would be taken to court. I argued with them "If I had money to spend, then where is it??" I continued to cuss at them until they hung up on me again.

I do not believe this is a real company, and how did they get my information?

I got 4 calls claiming a legal claim had been filed against me and my SS# for failing to pay pack a payday loan for which I never applied.  Very heavy foreign accent such that I can't even make out who they claim to be.

5/12/2011. Received a called from an attorney's office, Catanese & Wells Law Firm, threatening me to sue me & come after me and family. Name was Jonathan, located in Westlake Village in California telephone number 661-368-5807. I told him my lawyer would call him back and the call disconnected.
