THIS IS A SCAM, people. DO NOT give them any information. Tell them they have the wrong person. They use scare tactics to get anything out of you. Tell them to cease all phone communication or you will acquire legal aid.

They called 5 times today while I was at work and said the were from Triad and Associates and the case was going to court under case number M8193. They also called a relatives house and told them I had a lawsuit against me. The man said I could call back and speak to him or the lawyer. I have no idea what they are talking about.

Back in july I got a call from this number but it was from Triad. Now today Sept 7 I received a call from this number again but this time they call themselves Advantage Court Services. They told me to contact Ron Jones at this number regarding a legal matter that he  needs to talk to me before they take me to court. I have not received anything in the mail regarding a court matter what so ever.

Someone called from this number asking for my husband saying that he was needed regarding a legal matter about one of our neighbors.... I called back to ask why they asked for my husband by name and got told that it was a wrong number!! I aske how it could be a wrong number if they were asking for him by name and I was told "Don't worry. It was just a wrong number ...." Weird.

Does anyone know who this is?

I'm not sure who we can report this to but I believe it is a total scam. If I owe them money they need to notify me in writing, if they did I would send them a validation letter asking that they send me proof this is my debt. This Ron Jones called again today and spoke to my son and said he is calling to settle a debt his parents owe! He told him to tell me to call him back by 3:00 today or I will be served. When he spoke to me last Thursday he said I was being served on Friday? I do not believe I owe them anything but they want me to believe that I do so they can scam me out of money. Since when do attorney's offer a courtsey call before serving someone??

I just received a call as well at my job stating the same thing, who can we report this to?

I got a call from a Mr Ron Jones saying that Triad Associates is filing a lawsuit against me for an HSBC account? He said HSBC sent me a letter 45 days ago and I told him I never received it and I have never received anything from them saying are collect on behalf of HSBC. He said this was a "courtsey" call to settle before taking me to court and I told him the courtsey should be in writing and I would have sent a validation letter, he said I did't know the law which is funny because he doesn't know FDCPA laws! He has called back leaving a voice mail saying he spoke to the attorney and the settlement offer was off the table, I answered and immeditely hung up.

I just looked it up under Triad Associates Riverside. It shows a ripoff report. It is totally a scam.

I got the same message from a girl named Stephanie. About a legal matter and garnishing my wages. I also have no idea what this is about. I have no legal matters.

Caller left me a message about a lawsuite.and Garnishing wadges....I have no Idea what this was about?
