Just got a call from them. I happen to speak Mandarin. They're selling phone service, long distance I think. The lady speaks VERY fast. I happened to be an attorney in California too, and I think that may have shown as she hung up on me very quickly when I started asking questions.
My Internet phone recorded the origin city as Arlington, CA, near Riverside.

951-643-4196 is a Chinese sales call. Don't know what they are trying to sell. The callers don't speak or understand English. If you have a Chinese last name but you don't speak Chinese, they just hang up on you. Very obnoxious!
