Got this call on my mobile at 11AM CST but I never heard the ring.
I wonder if there was a disgruntled IT worker that handled the voIP/SIP server at this place and changed the caller ID from USPS (in earlier posts) to Credit Card SCA  , possibly having put the "M" on the end of it, but too many characters for caller ID. Just imagining that makes me laugh.

received call Jan 10 2014. caller ID was credit card SCA. No message left. We keep the main TV on all day because the caller ID comes up on the TV screen and we (screen) the calls.

As with others, a robo call recording said they were calling from my credit card company (but didn't say which company).  They stated there was no problem with my card and they were calling with an offer to lower my interest rates.  At the end, they said to press 1 to talk to someone or press 2 to prevent more calls in the future.

I just received a call from this number. It was the credit card scam claiming they wanted to reduce my interest. THE CALL ID SHOWED U.S. POSTAL SERVICE

I am on the no call list here in the State of Missouri and continually get calls like this. Until there is a law with some bite this will continue. Please stop calling me with your ads.

I just got a call from these guys too, and thus found this thread. Maybe your service provider sold the cell number to the scammers. The reason I say that it, I recently moved and had to get a new number. I gave it to absolutely no one, because I use google voice or cell for all calls and only keep the land line for an internet deal.  But within two days I was getting scam calls. Only A T & T knew the number. So I have to think that's where the scammers got it.

We live in free market hell. Voting for the dems is just voting for a different branch of the same tree.

A recording of a friendly woman who identified herself as "Heather from account services, calling about your credit card account". Clearly spam or fraudulent, so I hung up instead of listening to more.

This is a credit card service scam. They are trying to get your credit card # so they can use it.

they don't leave a message OR answer when you answer the call!  Does say CA,USA for location

Nothing and nothing - waste of my time. Why is it not possible to prosecute these people. They are stealing people's time and phone minutes. Somebody knows who owns this number. Put them on trial. Put them in jail. If this crime was punishable by the death penalty, it would quickly stop.

This is about the millionth time this company has called me in school please stop them they just call and hang up

Got a call  from 951697 4577. Showed iit was from credit card scam.....

This is not the USPS phone number.  It is a marketing spam.

Your phone number is not for the US Postal inspector and is a fraud.  Please check the Postal Service Website for the legitimate contact number.

They called and didn't leave a message.  I don't believe those whom calls has no right to hang up or not leave a message.

Got a call from these a holes

Its my morning to get telemarketing calls! Just posted about another IRS fraud, and now I get this one. Can somebody please invent a way to block telemarketers from calling??? Better yet, if NO ONE would ever buy anything, give anything or believe anything they say maybe they would have to give up. Just dreaming.... I'm thankful for people who post about these scammers .

Received a call from this number calling to lower the rate of my credit cards. Recorded message with press one to speak to a representative. A person with a Bangladesh accent answered, and refused to give me the name of the company.  Stating with call was in regarding to all my cards Discover, Chase, Citibank, etc. I told him I don't have credit cards. Was told then this service is not for you and hung up on me.

Called a little after noon on the 12th. Did not answer, as I do not answer from numbers I do not recognize.
Damned telemarketers/scammers. They won't reach me . . . ever.

Received a call on my cell from this # this morning at 9am.  Called back and no answer.
